The food is delicious, if they can make even more hot with delivery,that would be great

i ordered the burger with mac and cheese and got the honey bbq sauce as a side, and it completely blew my mind and taste buds! by far the best burger I've had. the menu was so big and varied that it was borderline overwhelming. waitress was super patient and a great sport. i got the hunka chunka lava cake as a dessert and swapped the ice cream with the barking pretzel, and it was truly life changing. the bathrooms were really clean. service was fast. Overall, i really enjoyed my experience here and definitely will come back!

Food was pretty good for the most part definitely need a bit more thousand island on the smash burger but overall not too bad and the service was good! Nicholas was pretty cool and timely on getting us the food
(Edit after 15 mins) so when I said service was good i lied lol. he forgot to get our credit card to pay for the meal and kept ignoring us.... sorry bro gotta work on your previous customer before the new one.

Friendly’s is a fabulous restaurant that’s known for offering popular American meals such as burgers and turkey sandwiches and a wide variety of ice cream selections.

In October of 2022, I brought and treated my wife and myself for dinner at Friendly’s, specifically the branch located in Elmwood Park, New Jersey, and we thoroughly enjoyed our dining experience!!!

Our waitress, Jackie did a great job on taking our orders, delivering our meals and for providing top notch customer service.

Both my wife & I found our meals to be superbly tasty and highly delicious. We also very much enjoyed the complimentary ice cream dishes!!!

We both definitely recommend Friendly’s as wonderful place to dine for couples and families!!!

I enjoyed the chicken quesadilla and the honey bbq chicken super melt. The service by Nicolas was superb and he was really attentive to all of my needs and very responsive to my requests. 10/10 would recommend.

I come all the way from the Bronx and love, love, love Nuts over Caramel ! The service is always kind and attentive.

My husband and I stopped by for a bite to eat. We were greeted at the door and told there would be a wait due to a school fund raiser. Honestly, there wasn't much of a wait at all. They all seemed a little burnt out due to how busy they were, but that didn't stop them at all one bit. They kept moving, kept smiling, and kept attending to customer needs while interacting with them. It's what restaurants like these are about, and the team went above and beyond! I just wanted to thank the team last night for making it through their shift, thank you for a great experience, & thank you for all your hard work.

Cons:
Slightly expensive. I would suggest dropping the drink prices to $2 each or include it free with a full meal if the customer adds a dessert.

Another suggestion would be to add Joes raspberry tea to the iced tea selection and to the sodas, please add diet rootbeer, and diet Dr Pepper.

Waitress is smart fast and cheerful, burger is the best and the ice cream most popular you should try 🍔

Went there for a late dinner. Can't remember the name of our waitress, but she was so patient and friendly. She above and beyond to make sure that we have a great experience.

Our nieces faces lit up when they saw Alani tonight. Best service ever a d the whole staff is just full of smiles!

Food was great as usual and the waiter Nicolas was a big help as well. He did an amazing service.

The food was good as was the service. As there are not too many Friendly's restaurants left around it is somewhat nostalgic every time I visit them.

Need to add more toppings and make ice cream better for the amount of money you are paying.

Updated store, clean, comfortable, well air conditioned, well lit, plenty of space and seats many people. Service was fast. Our waitress, Jackie, was really nice and gave good recommendations. The food was hot, tasted great, wasn't overcooked and came quickly, we only got apps & ice cream. I'm glad to see they didn't close all of their locations. I'll def travel the 15min to come back here.

Their service and food are amazing I tried honey bbq chicken supermelt it was so good, I would like to come again someday.
