Kevin from Windheim Plumbing was very helpful in resolving our issue with our clogged drain. He was prompt and courteous, and he shared with us a helpful tip for preventing this from happening in the future. Recommended!

Highly recommend! My parents and i want to commend Kevin with his excellent service - he did the service Jan 31. We gave out our concerns (broken faucets) and he was very easy to speak to. He was professional, efficient and did his work great! I would request for Kevin again.

Frank was very professional and got our heating system up and running quickly. He explained the problem clearly and delineated what needed to be done. Windheim has been tending to our plumbing needs for nearly 10 years. They have done both repairs and maintenance work and we have come to rely on their great service at fair prices. Recently we had our annual cleaning done on the furnace. Kevin did a great job. He was polite, professional, and took his time to inspect and ensure that our equipment was properly serviced. He even accommodated putting on a mask we offered, as we continue to be cautious during this Covid era. Thanks Windheim and thanks Kevin for another job well done!

Great experience with Windheim. Was able to quickly schedule an appointment for them to look at my steam boiler which was not firing. They came out right away, quickly diagnosed the problem and it was fixed within an hour. Would recommend.

I have used Windheim Plumbing on several occasions over the years, most recently today, November 3, 2023. Had issues with toilet . When I described them to the plumber (Frank) he identified and explained them to me. I told him to proceed! Toilet now up and running! Frank was very pleasant, professional and efficient. Five stars for Frank, Windheim, too!

Steve came to my house to check out a problem I had with a new fridge. He was very professional and personable.
He did not find a problem and was very honest about. I appreciate that he came out. He had a helper with him Kevin who he was mentoring and had a good rapport with. Kevin was also very personable and helpful.
I would definitely call on them again.

Frank, our tech arrived on time and called me 10 minutes before when he way on his way. He was very knowledgeable and took care of the repair quickly and efficiently. Very nice personality too.

Frank was absolutely incredible. He was very courteous and treated my elderly mother very respectful He is very knowledgeable in his craft and was able to diagnose our issue quickly and make the repairs. Top of 9 year old water heater was leaking for some time, but got worse over the weekend. Called on Saturday for an appointment on Monday. Office called at 8 am to confirm an 8:15 appt. Frank and Hector assessed the situation and gave me the bad news. Quoted a fair price and had the new water heater installed in less than 90 minutes. Both were professional, courteous, and highly skilled. Would recommend them and the company highly.

EDIT: Steve came to the house to handle a separate issue several weeks after the call below. I have to say he explained what was going on so well that it has me understanding so much more about my house! I am thankful for this and is proposed solutions! I'll certainly ask for Steve again.

Two younger men left my house just now having solved the problem clog in my upstairs bathroom sink. The clog was in a challenging location in the drainage system of my house, and their problem solving was thoughtful and thorough. I was informed on everything and their clean up was superb! Super professional! I'm so impressed!

Also, I'm the person who has people take their shoes off. They were so accommodating. I'm also that person who asks questions at the end about what products they like to use to clean up after a greasy backed up sink. I'm sometimes chatty. They were very patient with a customer like me and I truly appreciate it.

We have been working with Windheim for many years. Recently we had two different faucet problems. Jordan came out for the first problem and because of his plumbing expertise, when the second problem came about, I specifically asked for Jordon. He again did a great job!

I appreciate Frank our tech that came out and fixed our gas line issue. Was professional and a great people's person and was able to do same day installation. Did an amazing job and was able to keep our mind at ease thank you for a job well done

Kevin and Hector came to our house to clear a slowly draining sewer line. They were both hardworking and professional and resolved our issue quickly - very highly recommended!

We have lived in Nutley for 40+ years and have been a customer of Windheim for most of those years! Whenever we called for a repair, they were always courteous and most helpful. Through the years their plumbers have replaced hot water heaters, sump pumps, leaking faucets and came to our rescue unclogging our pipes! Emergencies were tended to asap and other tasks were scheduled at our convenience! The plumbers arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, work diligently and cleaned up when the job was completed.

They’ve helped us out 3 times and each time they came through greatly. They dealt with clogs in our basement apartment and finished efficiently, effectively, and courteously cleaned up each time. I highly recommend their services!

Steve the technician did a great job in installing my kitchen sink valves. Ironically while he was here my bathroom Fawcett faucet needed a replacement as well. His work was well done and I'm very pleased.
