I came in yesterday and the rep Stephanie helped me out. I used to be with T Mobile, but I wanted the same service for cheaper so I switched to Cricket. The switch was simple and fast. I also got new phone while I was there. Honestly, best experience at a phone store. 10/10

When I arrived at the cricket store, the young lady Araday, is very attentive, she immediately greeted me and asked how she can help me. I was stressed because My phone was stolen, and I was hoping someone would help me with activated my old phone.

She then politely ask if I can wait a few minutes while she helps the gentlemen who were there before me. As, I waited, she then asked a few more questions. When she was done with the gentlemen, she immediatel began to help me and went the extra mile, something you rarely see and experience. She worked diligently until the problem was solved and I was there for a while. Araday is patient, polite, professional, and eager to help customers.

I highly do recommend this store. Thank you, very much for the pleasant experience.

Samantha was very helpful courtesy and have great customer service skills. She really took the time to help me with my email and also activated a new account for my family member.

I was having an issue with my gmail and the girls helped me clear my spam, junk and unsubscribed me from mail I didn't know were in my phone.

Waaaaaaaay better then all prepaid companies, i use to have T-mobile but after switching to Cricket Wireless my signal has never dropped like my time with T-mobile
