Highly Recommend Bonn Roof Care - They installed a new roof on my home and did a top quality job. Todd the owner even came to check on the job while the roof was being installed. They were done with the job ahead of schedule, came in at the bid, and did an amazing job cleaning up afterwards. They also ran a magnetic wand over the driveway and through my flower beds to ensure there was no loose debris or nails remaining (most roofing companies do the bare minimum in clean up). Bonn's crew is hard working, thoughtful and keeps you posted about the progress during the job. They want you to be 100% satisfied when they are done. I highly recommend them!

Todd Lloyd and team at Bonn Roof Care in Eugene have done excellent work and taken care of my roof for the last 15 years. Over the years they've found and replaced roof tiles I have broken, cleaned and moss treated the roof on my home and shed, and removed a solar panel. I have them visit and provide service once a year so my roof stays in great shape. I recommend Todd Lloyd and Bonn Roof care highly.

We recently moved into a home needing a partial roof replacement, and the listing agent had gotten a quote from Bonn for the work. The quote was good for 30 days, but we got tied up with other projects and didn't get around to scheduling until several weeks past the deadline. When I finally called, they honored the original bid and came out next day to replace our roof. Did a fantastic job, and for less than half what other companies quoted. They were friendly, professional, and meticulous about cleanup. I am beyond thrilled - highly recommend Bonn roof care!

We've used Bonn for several different roof and gutter issues since moving to Eugene. Each time they have been incredibly helpful, going above and beyond what was expected, and not stopping until the underlying issues were completely resolved. They are very easy to work with, their prices have been reasonable, and they've had excellent communication with me throughout each project.

I would highly recommend these guys. They were fast coming out to give us an estimate and were quick to start the job. His crew was on time and got our roof was done in ONE day. I couldn’t believe it! Very impressed. There were nice and professional and also did a great job with clean up. They were so efficient. We will be recommending them to friends and family!

I had some technical questions for the owners, Todd & Joni, and they had a great knowledge base and just great people to connect with! When it comes time for a roof cleaning, I'll choose them for sure! Highly recommend them!

Needed a roof replacement and went with Bonn. The crew was here at 8AM sharp both days and got straight to work. Only took 1.5 days to complete. The owner Todd and his wife were quick to respond to communication and nice to work with.

We had Bonn Roof Care clean off our concrete tile roof and apply moss treatment this year. They were very reasonably priced and did a good job. They were pretty clean and tidied up fairly well after themselves. Our job had to be scheduled fairly far out as they seemed pretty busy, but when they came they did a good job. Happy to recommend.

I gave this low rating b/c the estimate was given to me with false information and way over priced. I usually do get 2 quotes, but had done business with this company before and I had thought I could trust them to be fair. 2 weeks ago, They gave an estimate of $800 to clean moss off ( half of the roof, south side is sunbaked and clean) roof. I expressed surprise that it would cost so much. But the estimator said it was big job and would take "most of the day" a direct quote . so I agreed to the amount. Today they came to clean the roof, with wire brushes and blowers. They were here one hour, actually they there done in less than an hour! When I tried to discuss the big difference between the estimate info and reality, the owner Todd just said, a contract is a contract and you agreed to the price. he was completely unwilling to acknowledge the problem with his estimator. I will not do business with this company anymore . And I will remember to ALWAYS get more than one quote.

I hate to give a bad review to a mom and pop business, but the folks from Bonn Roof Care didn't seem very communicative, didn't seem very professional, and their slow communication resulted in a delay of my project. First, they came out and did an inspection. I had to call them to get a response to see what their estimate would be after the inspection. That took about a week. They apologized, but told me that it would take longer to get an estimate. Then, after a few days, they said that they couldn't take the job, although they said that they could initially do it. I asked them why they couldn't do the work that they had initially verbally agreed to do. It's been a couple of days and again, they haven't responded. So I'm giving them a negative review for their lack of responsiveness, slow communication, and for the fact that they can't do the job and haven't even explained why. I'm giving them a 2, rather than a 1, because they intimated that there was some tragedy in the family initially that caused part of the delay, but I was given conflicting information about this too, so I don't know how reliable this is.

My husband called Bonn Roofing for an estimate on some repairs to be done on our roof. He communicated clearly and specifically to the young man that was sent out giving measurements and showing him exactly what he wanted. He repeated what he wanted double checking to be very clear. We agreed and set the date. My husband was gone for an appointment when the workers came. When he returned he saw that they had not done what was discussed. When my husband called their office, the person who he spoke to was extremely arrogant, argumentative, and kept talking over my husband. We spent $300 for basically nothing. My husband kept trying to communicate the problem but with no success and NO effort to compromise or make it right. We will not ever use them again. Our trust has been broken.

They came by to do moss removal and knocked nails onto my nice car that was parked in the driveway. My car was just detailed and it was covered in granules. I did find multiple nails in the driveway. Those were just the ones I found who knows how many nails they swept onto my vehicle. Not only did they not clean up the job the "moss removal" they do consists of aggressively scraping off the moss with stiff brooms or whatever they used. I'm in the roofing industry myself and I can tell you removing moss this way can remove years of life off your roof. You should go with a copper oxied mix if you want to remove moss safely and not damage the shingles.

If I could give this company a 0 that’s what I would do - total rip off ! 300.00 dollars to hose your roof down and leave a total mess. The owner is a gaslighter and has no regard for his clients

Had my gutters and roof cleaned. Still have moss and gutters still dirty. Said nothing, and charged us $395.00 only here 30 mins, awful job and thanks for nothing.
