Merry Christmas to Baker Boots!! I went down there this afternoon, 15 minutes to close, and was the last customer in. As always, they were very knowledgeable and helped me pick out a great pair of work boots that fit like a glove. They always have a good selection for those of us with larger feet. As I was checking out they informed me that for the holidays the owner was going to gift the last customer of the night a free pair of boots!!! Thank you Baker Boots so much for your boot knowledge and generosity!!! Happy holidays to you all!

Quality, old school craftsmanship and very knowledgeable staff! I brought an older pair of nice Tony Llama boots needing new heels to Baker's before Christmas, and picked them up the week after New Year's. Beautiful job on the heels
-- they look new -- and also stretched them for me as well (turns out these are a pair of $500 to $600 Tony Llamas). This is the 2nd or 3rd set of boots that Baker's have repaired/ refurbished for me and I will be back.

All I can say is, I'll recommend anyone looking for custom made boots to go through baker's boots. Brandon and Cheryl were both amazing. My tanker boots with steel toe are bad a** . I'll be ordering all my boots from here. First time customer and now a life long customer. THANK YOU BAKER'S BOOTS.

These employees know a lot about their boots. Every question I asked they were able to answer. They got me sized and fitted and all set to go in 30 minutes. They were extremely friendly and knew what they were doing, this was my first time here and I will be going back from now on.

Stopped in there several times over the years , finally decided to give them a shot. Bought 2 pairs, Lowa Renagade and red wing 405 boots.Got bad feet, decided to get some quality brands . Pleasantly surprised with all people there, Psing and Sarah, Brett and Grace. They really went out of there way to help. Have wide feet, they stretched out the Lowas a couple times to make fit. Impressed with the Kowa as a mid priced boot for everyday and light hiking. A bit disappointed in the Red Wing. Didn't know leather could be so thin. Great sole construction but questionable on upper durability. The Lowas are a great mid priced, lighter weight all around boot for everyday. The red wings are advertised as a work boot with great comfort. I agree. A bit heavier and extremely comfy with padding but we will see on the upper leather durability. Great selection here.

Best customer service anywhere. Save on shipping. Exclusive deals with bootmakers. Customer service had to ask to call back because of ‘an emergency’. Amazingly, they did. Right away. Repeatedly until they got me. Who does that anymore? Immediate replies to emails. What?

Great selection of different style boots, whether for work or outdoor use. Very nice guys working there, great customer service. Pretty spendy, but you’re paying for quality material that will last you a long time.

Update: After my negative initial purchase, this review was the wakeup call needed. Kyle reached out individually as a leader and small business owner to understand and apologize for his staff's handling and communication of my order. His willingness to humble himself and use this interaction as a learning experience for his team is unheard of in large business. Kudos to Baker's Boots and I appreciate the real human beings behind this boot supplier. I look forward to a much improved experience and process the next time I order boots from Baker's.

Contrary to other postings from last year, there seems to be a decline in customer service from Baker's Boots. I ordered a pair of boots and instead of the 5-10 business days as advertised, I did not receive my boots for an entire month. When I emailed several times and called, I got responses that they would return my concern when the right person came to work. No upgrade in shipping when my boots finally got in from the manufacturer and they were already late. I should have just ordered off Amazon for $20 more. I tried to buy small-business and I got NO business. I WILL NOT be purchasing from them again, plenty of other distributors out there.

I tried two other boot stores and didn’t have any luck. The boots were tight even going up a size. I located Baker’s Boots online by searching. Very helpful and knowledgeable staff. Didn’t get any help at the first two I tried. I purchased a pair of brown Safari cape Buffalo Anderson bean boots. Yes they were expensive but well worth it and comfortable. Give them a try, you won’t be disappointed

First time buying from Bakers was great. Called in to ask about a sizing question for a pair of Whites Boots. Not only were they super helpful, they were exactly spot on. Just got my C350 Cruisers in today and they fit perfectly. Definitely going to take some getting used to the 55 last, but couldn't have asked for a better experience.
