Absolutely outstanding service at this Bloomfield headstone company. Mark went above and beyond to assist me with my grandmother’s headstone on very short notice. His empathy and professionalism were truly appreciated during such a difficult time. Highly recommend for anyone in need of compassionate and efficient service.

Mark was warm and helpful from the second I walked into his office. I explained how my aunt's name took forever to get on her stone and we didn't want that for my mom. He ensured that my mom's stone was clean and engraved prior to her service (5 days later.) He was very meticulous regarding the proof and checked 3x on placement and wording. I now asked him to help me make a bench by my mom's grave.

While it took a while (because of covid-19) to have my sister's grave stone engraved it was done beautifully. We were told in December that it might take 6 months so I have to say they were up-front about the time frame.

This place is horrible! A nightmare! I’ve heard them give the same excuses to other customers while I’m standing right there! The girl that works there is a complete idiot. Her version of customer service? “Well, I’m not going to chase YOU around.” Lies about calling, lies about leaving messages, lies lies lies. THEN she calls YOU the customer, a liar!!! I don’t care if this is right across the street from the cemetery, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! I guarantee you’ll have a better experience. And if you’ve already fallen victim to them and are a customer, show up, show up, show up! Don’t waste your time calling. She should be cleaning toilets, but I think she’ll mess that up too! 😂😂 STAY AWAY!

There is no communication from the office or the owner Mark!
He has a very defensive attitude when being called out on his non existent compassion and customer service…
We arranged for my moms headstone to be done 2 years ago and every time we got the template for approval it was wrong from the wording and actual spelling of my moms name. Each time we were told it would be fixed and done.
By the time he actually had the approval it took months before he actually did the engraving and not without complaint that he now had to rush because we wanted it done in time for her memorial and blamed us for it!!!
The end result was horrific and literally looked like a child engraved her headstone, smeared lettering and crooked uneven text😥
I highly DO NOT recommend using this office for such an important and precious service.

If I could give ZERO STARS I would. Going on a year waiting for a bronze marker. If you saw the lame excuses given by the staff and owner along the way, you’d be sick! Unapologetic, disrespectful and absolute (confirmed) lies. If you want to be aggravated and flush thousands down the toilet, by all means use this company (or their shell company Markowitz Jewish Monuments). I only wish I had read the mountains of negative reviews before I contracted with this dishonest company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
