Redid my bathroom using their tiles and could not be more satisfied. Great product, exactly as shown to me in the showroom, no snags whatsoever. Owner knows their product, was great with suggestions, everything worked out perfectly. Will definitely be coming back for the next project.

Quick and painless from beginning to end. Has a great showroom with plenty of variety. Bob was extremely helpful in picking out certain colors and what matched with our existing project. Service was top notch, ordering was easy, and it arrived right on time.

I will be using them for every project going forward.

We have a wheel and tire shop cross the highway from them and a lot of customers say very good things about the quality can't wait for them to officially open.

So we went in feeling very confident with our purchase, and that they knew what they were doing with our counter top. On the day of install it was a different story, they cut the sink in the wrong place. They stated of course they were going to fix it since this was their fault. When they came to install the new counter top they created a new piece but only half of it to save themselves money from their mistake, so now we have a split counter when it was supposed to be a solid piece. When I called to say something I was told because we okayed it when they came to install it was on us. Feels like they took advantage of us. Sort of like a shady used car salesman. We should have been given what we paid for in one slab or been given a significant discount. I would not recommend a business that does not properly fix their mistakes and takes short cuts to save themselves a buck.

Construction is hard enough without the snags and headaches of redoing things over and over because of a vendors incompetence.

Ordered some tiles from Frank at Lodi location.
Picked out dark grey tiles and specifically told frank I need grout the closest to the tile color because “I don’t want to see the grout line” frank said he’s done this many years and he was an “expert”. I didn’t think it was difficult until I came home and saw the grout ( my contractor put in the grout while I was at home depot picking up paint). The color was no way near the color of the tile It was in fact a light silver. Now my contractor is charging me to remove the old grout and put in new grout. When I spoke to Bob the owner of Fuda tiles, he yelled at me and said the color of the grout is my responsibility and I should have been there when the tile guy put in the grout. Will never never go back to Fuda tile. First I need reliable service (I had to go pick up the tile at a distributor and deliver another customers order to the store) so I will never never to back to Fuda tile. It added triple the stress of the bathroom reno.

Edit: Please see photo. I understand the inconsistency in grout color from brand to brand. Again please see the attached photo

Somebody should come here for communications seminar or something to remind them they are dealing with people, not stones
