I'm extremely satisfied with Simple Insurance NJ. Their agents are knowledgeable and very responsive, providing excellent guidance throughout the process. They secured me a comprehensive policy at a competitive rate.

This insurance agent is horrible!!! Do not use them. I requested them to cancel my worker's compensation last month which they confirmed that they sent out the cancellation request to the insurance company. However, the insurance company still continued to bill me since the insurance company never received this agent's notice of cancellation and I am required to keep on paying the insurance premium. I emailed many times to this insurance agent and they just don't reply and disappeared. Nightmare experience with this insurance agent!!
