Great way to take some gifts and momentos from the South Carolina. Prices are reasonable and lots of variety from candy and nuts, hand crafted wood and baskets, clothes, jewelry, food and more.

Good Medicare agents care and just want to help you. I find TZ to be pretty efficient.

I purchased my medigap insurance from them after many calls with my agent. It seems they don't care about customer loyalty as it was practically impossible for me to contact the agent I had begun the process with. Having been in sales for many years they made it practically impossible to contact her. I'm guessing they want the agents to do a one-call-close or nothing. Having worked one-call-close sales I was determined to buy from her. Screw them. Now I just have to check to make sure I got a good deal! I purchased Plan F.

This company lies! They told me Anthem Blue Cross was liquidating! Not true! They also told me TZ and Blue Cross were under the same umbrella. Again, not true (unless you consider both to be insurance companies). Find a licensed insurance broker instead of calling this company!

They're currently making unsolicited calls to my wife supposedly to sell Medicare Advantage plans. They call from a fake number in whatever area code your number is in. There's currently a class action suit against them due to harassing phone calls and violating the do not call registry.. Block them on your phone.

Is this company responsible for all off shore Medicare spam calls? Just asking? Avoid and do your own due diligence!!! DO NOT DEAL WITH SPAMMERS!!!!

After repeated phone calls from this company, I finally picked up. The guy made it sound like he was part of the company I get my drug prescription from. Then he launched into a sales pitch at which point I told him I wasn’t in the market. He said he wasn’t selling, just wanted me to know about an “opportunity”. He said I interrupted him when I again said I’m not in the market for new insurance. He definitely put me off and I then told him to take me off his call list. Then I find out by googling that he isn’t with my insurance company at all.

I really feel like my sales agent gave me very bad advice. Yes she got the sale! My first year on Medicare cost me thousands of dollars out of pocket. While I don't like to write bad reviews, please don't use this firm.

This place is a Scam. They say they are licensed for kaiser. Its a lie. Family member called them for a quote and idk how they got my number. But I am now getting 15-20 calls a day from random numbers trying to scam. These were the only people we called for an insurance quote. So they are definitely selling your information.

All sound professional to collect your information until you say no, than they curse you out.

Horrible company. Waisted a week of my time trying to change my mother's insurance. The agents are rude, unprofessional and they seriously mislead what you are getting. Scam of a company.
If you want a legit company that does not scam and get you what you need, you are better off going with Selectquote.

Representatives from this company continues to call me after I asked the 1st & 2nd representatives to remove my # from their list OR make a note of it. I guess I'll have to take matters into my own hands as they CONTINUE to call MULTIPLE times a day. WTH???
