For my Pocono lake home, I ordered carpet for our large basement and main staircase. G Fried Carpet didn't hesitate to make the 4 hour round trip commute three times to measure and install. The sales person and the carpet installers were accommodating, friendly, professional and exhibited expertise in their knowledge and workmanship. The entire experience was superb and the outcome looks beautiful. I commend the organization for employing people who exhibit high levels of competence and the highest quality standards and priority in customer service. Excellent experience from entering the store to cleaning up carpet remnants and placing all the furniture back in the carpeted room. Bravo 👏

G. Fried Flooring was a pleasure to work with right from the start. Sam, the owner, was such a help. He gave me samples to take home and when he himself came to look at my stairs and hallway, he offered perfect suggestions to make my stairway and hallway installation better than I imagined. Ivan and Julio were my installers and did a wonderful job. I’m completely happy. Ivan went the extra mile to look at my vacuum and tell my what attachment was best for the type carpet that I purchased. Also I must add that I had other work going on in my home and a very long contractor delay. Sam held my carpet in his establishment so that it did not get ruined with work that was going on past the original timeline. I could not ask for better company to work with. And I love the carpet!

We were recommended by family in New Jersey to visit your store, and from the time we walked in our whole experience was informative and very rewarding. Gary helped pick out 2 carpets that fit very well with our decor.

G. Fried did an awesome job cleaning my carpets. Stains were removed, the men explained everything they were going to do prior to cleaning and then how to care for the newly cleaned carpet. I would highly recommend them.

Everyone at G. Fried is so helpful and friendly. I worked closely with Roy to get exactly the look I wanted. Adding the binding tape to our stair runner was very important to me. A couple other local carpet businesses told me--"no one does that." I was thrilled to discover that G.Fried customizes in this way. Our experience with G. Fried Paramus was excellent. They listened to our questions and concerns and helped us with our carpeting selection without being pushy or overbearing. Roy came to our home and carefully measured our bedrooms, hallway and stairs. Although a big job, the installation went smoothly.
