Spindler's Bake Shop

Nice local bakery run by husband and wife on the Boulevard in Hasbrouck Heights NJ. Hard to find small businesses these days that make fresh cookies and baked goods including Danishes, Lyndsey tarts, crumb cakes, birthday cakes and more. Stopped in and picked up some items to bring home and also a cake for daughters birthday. Owner Ginny Spindler is super nice. Will go back again.

We stopped in yesterday and had an amazing experience. The Danishes were so so fresh and super delicious I'm still thinking about it now and had to post a review. The banana muffins were so so good too. Everything was super fresh. We enjoyed the outdoor seating too. We will definitely be coming back. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

Came in for Valentine’s Day. Ordered chocolate covered strawberries, small chocolate cake and a mini cheesecake. Everything was great although the cheesecake could be more moist. The server was very nice as well! They have mostly Italian style desserts here.

1970’s vibe bakery with prices still stuck in time! Didn’t know you can still get a cake nowadays for under $12 and it tasted great too.
