Mike Manashirov did a great job in showing us several sleeper sofas and giving us his professional advise. We were able to match the sofa fabric with our area rug that allowed us to make the purchase!

Excellent care from Edwin Medina, very patient and knowledgeable, purchased bedroom furniture… then he told me about the beds and my husband and I went back to get the purple mattress with the adjustable base.

Our experiance with R&F is always wonderful. Sales people are very knowledgeable and friendly. (The only thing I would change is when you enter the store you feel like you are a fish ready to be eaten up with about 5-6 sales people targeting you. Very awkward.) Otherwise, we had successful purchases, previously a leather sectional sofa and now a Temperpedic mattress. The variety of furniture is wonderful & reasonable prices. Excellent communication regarding delivery, by email & texts. Delivery staff were wonderful & very helpful setting everything up. Very friendly as well.

It was a wonderful experience. Wilson was a wonderful salesperson, and explained everything very clearly. I ended up with a bed that I'm excited to be getting delivered, and it fit within my budget.

Went in this afternoon to exchange a mattress due to height and firmness not meeting expectations. Was immediately told that i would have to wait 30 days before I can exchange Told that this is "Their Policy" and I would need to endure this uncomfortable mattress for 3 more weeks before I can exchange. I also purchased the protection plan so I was expecting an easy stress free exchange for the best mattress at equal or greater value. After I requested assistance from the manager, I was pleasantly surprised by the professionalism and attention to customer service that Mr. Kevin D'Angelo provided us. He listened to my concerns and while they do recommend 30 days prior to an exchange. He saw that I could either be accommodated and leave a satisfied customer (which I now am). Or the alternative which was the path we started before Kevin was involved. I sincerely appreciate his approach and he handled our request and satisfied our concerns with the original mattress purchase. Happy to ha e worked with Mr. D'Angelo 🙏

I actually started out placing my order online, had a problem so ended up needing assistance thru the store. All worked out fine, my order got place by very helpful young man, very courteous and polite. I now have a very beautiful bedroom set to enjoy. Thank you, Raymour and Flanigan.

We went to 2 stores. First one was the Outlet on Route 4 in Paramus. We were greeted by Sheila who was an absolute doll. She showed us the couch we were looking for right away. She didn’t hound us or follow us around. She was never pushy trying to make a sale. She was lovely. She made the purchase very easy. Larry the store manager helped us with our purchase as well and was very kind to work with us on pricing. We had a wonderful experience. We did however have to go to their other store on Route 17 for the other furniture we wanted because they did not have the sample there. It was close by so that was good! We were told to meet with Roger and he would have all the info ready to go. Sure enough when we got there, Roger had everything ready. It was a good thing because what I originally wanted turned out to not even match my home! Roger pointed us in another direction and helped us find our dream bedroom and dining room set. He made the process so easy and we had a great experience. Overall we were very pleased with Sheila, Larry, and Roger and would highly recommend asking for any of them!! Can’t wait to get our furniture for our new home!

Over all it was a good experience. I do hope that Michael receives some sort of compensation for the time he spent with us a few weeks ago when we were sorting thru options. Marina, the manager was easy to work with. I am looking forward to getting our furniture delivery. One note, I was on your chat prior to the appt and the chat representative said that platinum protection plans were available for the battery packs which turns out not to be true. It's all good, but it would help if they were on the same page. Also please note that I frequently found that the product size description on website was usually inaccurate which presents a problem if you are dealing with limited space. That in accuracy is the reason why I will only purchase in person so I can measure and be certain.

Wilson Cruz was an amazing help today! Me and my fiancé are moving into our first apartment and are starting from square one. We started with looking for a bed and mattress and Wilson was very helpful in showing us options that fit our wants and needs. He was extremely thorough in setting out expectations for delivery/financing/warranty. There are many options for a variety of budgets. We walked out having purchased our bed and mattress + some pillows too! He did a great job at getting us what we wanted for the most affordable price possible. Will be returning and would recommend to anyone looking to furnish their home!

Irina was a fabulous sales woman. We had gone to another Raymour and Flanigan and had someone that was so pushy and annoying that we left and came to the Paramus store instead. She was very knowledgeable about their merchandise and there was no used car sales person attitude. She took her time with us, and we did not feel rushed. This was our first time using her, but won’t be our last.

If I could give a '6 Star' rating, I would. My partner and I could not have asked for a better experience... thanks to Gaith Shashati (Paramus Store Mgr).

We purchased a sofa from another Raymour & Flanigan, about 4 years ago (and in addition, also purchased the 5 Year Platinum Protection Plan). A few weeks ago, we noticed that the sofa we bought 4 years ago, was showing some uneven wear, as it pertains to the footrest/recliner area. The recliner footrest frame was beginning to warp, causing it to pull away from the sofa. I submitted a Protection Plan claim, online, providing description and photos, of the issue. The Service area scheduled an appointment to have a service rep come out to assess/fix the problem, however, the morning of our appointment, we received notification that the service tech had reviewed our photos, and concluded that our sofa was not repairable. As a result, we were given the option for a replacement of the same sofa, or credit towards another sofa.

So, fast forward to today, where we had a scheduled appointment to meet with Gaith Shashati (Store Manager), to proceed with the 'Reselect' process, which we decided to use the credits from the previously purchased sofa, to purchase a different/new sofa.

Gaith was AMAZING! He made this process so easy/professional/accommodating for us. We already knew which Sofa we wanted, from previously visiting the store, looking for a replacement sofa, which would fit our living room space/needs the best. Not only did we end up with a beautiful new sofa, we also decided to get the matching recliner chair. Gaith worked out all the numbers for us, where all we had to do was decide on a delivery date. :)

We couldn't be happier with our 'reselect' experience, with Gaith, and the two new pieces we decided on.

To take it one step further, my daughter, who is moving from NJ to NY, was looking for furniture at a Raymour & Flanigan, closer to where she currently lives in NJ. She had gotten a pretty good deal at that store, however, when I shared with Gaith that I strongly keep encouraging her to get the Platinum Protection Plan, he quickly offered to help my daughter with her purchase. He showed me the set that she was looking at (at a store near her), which was staged at the front door of his store, and said that she could reach out to him, as he would help her get the best price, and from our experience, she would definitely get the BEST SERVICE.

Needless to say... we are, and will continue to be, repeat customers! Thank YOU Gaith for all of your kind customer service.

Sam Burrofato was a dream to work with when purchasing my new sofa! On my first visit, I took a lot of Sam's time walking around the entire store TWO times to get an idea of what I wanted. Sam was patient and helpful providing information and answers to all my questions. I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision immediately. He even reassured me it was okay to recline on some of the couches to get a true feeling of what it would feel like if I wanted to lay down to take a nap 😊 On my second visit, Sam was very helpful and very patient once again when determining my final decision on which couch would be the right fit for my all my needs. I highly recommend this location and Sam in particular!

Our experience at the Paramus store was amazing . The salesman went over and above helping find fabric extra cushion arms and pieces to match my other chairs. Even after he found out he wasn't able to get commission because it was a credit. The manager took over who was also an asset to the store. She picked up how upset we were over him not getting anything for all the time he spent with us and said she would take care of him. Thanks for making me love Raymour & Flanagan again .
