Visited the Starbucks drive-through and was immensely impressed by an employee named Liz. Her warmth and professionalism made my day. Quick service and a genuine smile. Liz's exceptional customer service turned a simple coffee run into a delightful experience. Highly recommend this location for anyone looking for quality service.

I think they are doing a fantastic job. There is this one Asian female staff member, don't know her name, but she is fantastic and super nice to customers.

Convenient location for favorite refresher. Also want to give a shoutout to hardworking Virginia barista at the Drive Thru. Has the upmost positive attitude, clear communication, ensures beverages are correctly served as ordered. Thank you for your service, positivity and patience in this high traffic venue by GWB. Probably the best Starbucks I've ever been to. I used to get my usual (iced coffee w/ cream & no sugar) on my way to my old job and they had it down to a science (to the point thay they remembered my order as soon as I drove up). Other Starbucks either put too much coffee or too little cream, but this one was perfect every morning. On top of that, every morning was met with a smile. Would give them 6 stars if it was possible, but 5 will have to suffice!

Drive-thru only Starbucks. The line can backup into the highway but it moves relatively quickly. The staff is always very cheery and helpful. Drinks come out solid.

Speed things up by using the Starbucks mobile app to place your order or at least not using cash in the drive thru!

My favorite little Starbucks! The staff is quick and make great drinks.. best Starbucks’ baristas I know. Super convenient as it’s only a drive thru.
I just avoid visiting around 9am as it does get VERY crowded at that time since people are commuting to the city.

It’s literally just a drive thru, I like the concept. Also looking at some reviews it makes me cringe because how can you have a problem with Starbucks who just sells sweet drinks? Maybe you have 1 or 2 too many requests which slows down the drive thru perhaps? All in all good place.

Baristas are awesome in here. Waiting times are pretty short if there are not many cars waiting obviously! Drinks taste awesome!

If you need a good coffee on your way to work, this is the way to go. It’s drive-thru only but I enjoy that since it’s pretty convenient. A normal Starbucks with the same great coffee and food.

A place to get starbucks right before the traffic of the GWB. There might be a line for this Starbucks as it is only a drive thru, but you arent going anywhere anyways. To go to fort lee for the other starbucks or other coffee shops will make you more late for your meeting at 9, so just relax and buy a coffee here in the starbucks.

I only came here once, just now. I believe this is only a drive thru. Maybe that's the reason why, I don't know how, but they made my order very fast, and coffee is great.

This was such a great little drive through Starbucks! Perfect for a quick coffee after filling up gas across the street and the barista was super cheerful.

Somehow keep ending up here, and I’m glad I do — amazing staff, they even made me a coffee three minutes before closing.
