Recently bought a TV here and are very pleased with it. Jeff Bennett was so helpful. Listened to what we needed, answered all our questions, and helped us find just the right size and price for us. Saved us about $100 on this TV over Best Buy, Amazon and Costco. Could not be happier. Highly recommend Video Only for your future TV purchase.

I've been listening to these ads my entire life, and like I assume almost everyone in my generation I completely ignored them. So, when it came time to buy TV I was really only considering Amazon, Best Buy, and Costco. But then a jingle echoed out to me across time and space. While the ads, building design, and registers are straight out of the 90s, the price truly was several hundred dollars less than the competition and the staff was knowledgeable and helpful. Truly an incredibly positive buying experience.

We were ready for a new TV/surround sound set up and our sales rep Kanan was knowledgeable, helpful and low pressure. We had lots of great options and he helped us narrow down the one that was right for us. Grant delivered today and he was beyond awesome also! Friendly, knowledgeable, explained everything thoroughly and arrived on time. Top notch communication. All around great experience and 10/10 would recommend again. They don’t kid when they say if you don’t go see them first you’ll be sorry.

I had another very positive TV buying experience at this Video Only location. I’ve bought a few TVs from this spot over the past few years. Jason, the manager, assisted me with my TV buying experience over the last few months, much of which over the phone. He answered my questions and was very down-to-earth to work with. I am very particular about picture quality and know TVs well, and I’m full aware that I am a bit high needs, but Jason was always reassuring while being cool, calm and collected, and I never felt like I was an inconvenience, or pressured to do X, Y, or Z. I was welcomed in the store to check TV settings to compare some of the TVs. I first decided on the S90C OLED, but after a few weeks, I returned it without a hitch for an LG, and Jason was a class act the whole way through. I also got a good deal on an extended warranty. Jason gave me a better price than Costco, Amazon and Best Buy for my new LG C3 OLED TV. I love the TV and will be going back for future TV purchases and will be recommending people to buy their TVs here.

can't say enough great things on my experience at video only. Not only did i get the best deal in town and online for a LG 55' OLED I also received phenominal customer service from Jonathan Graham . He added an extended warranty and also later took my call and talked me thru a settings question for our 4K tv. Couldnt be happier with my experience there.. id give 10 stars if i could! They deliver!

They were very helpful and answered all of our questions. We are very happy with our purchase. Went to ten to support locally owned businesses and were not disappointed.

I appreciated how Jason was able to show the differences in sets side by side with source video from something I would use; not the optimized videos from manufacturers. He is very knowledgeable. The deals, for same models locally, can't be beat!! I needed to make a change to my order and they could immediately accommodate.

Amazing staff that will go above and beyond to get you what you want and need. The employees were more knowledgeable than those at the big box stores. I’ll never go anywhere else for a tv again. I got exactly what I needed for an awesome low price.

So I was in the market for a TV for our daughter and a new sound bar for our bedroom TV. I had heard good things about Video Only and, of course, heard the commercials on the radio. Went in on Black Friday and was able to get a Yamaha Dolby soundbar with wireless sub, a 55” Sharp 4K Roku TV, and got out under $500. Kaenen was super helpful and knowledgeable and was able to get us some extra discounts on top of the already low Black Friday sales. I’m glad I’m not sorry, I’m glad I went to Video Only and I will definitely be back!
