Party City

Went here for Halloween this year and I have to say that both the costumes and decor were really awesome as well. Thank you Party City for all you guys do. I cannot wait to go someday to see your Christmas decor. I remember a long time ago that you guys had pretty cool Christmas decor as well.
Btw I love both Halloween and Christmas they are my favorite holidays ever and thanks for all that you will continue to do guys. I will definitely be paying a visit again soon if I come with my mom here again.🥰

The young woman behind the counter that was checking out the customers really knew her products, services, n her store. Her customer service skills are very refreshing to see. Genuinely kind n likes her job. Thank you so much pretty girl with the very very beautiful long brown hair n glasses. Well definitely be back.

This party city is awesome. They always have a great selection and the workers are on top of their customer service game. Nolan, is a good employee and definitely knows how to build customer retention also has a comical personality that attracts customers to want return in the future.

Looking for helium balloons? They have it all there. Lots of variety and sizes. Friendly staff. Very helpful.

After all day of hunting for costumes we could have saved $10-20 in gas and $10 - $20 on coatumes, prices are perfect

They had what I needed and got it for a decent price. So check it out. They got anything from Star wars to SpongeBob theme... Oh and I was surprised to have gotten a pinata but they got those there too

Great place to come for balloons! Charlotte was super friendly and helpful, and put together and awesome birthday balloon display!!

Ordered a buzz costume very last minute and they had one for me and I was able to pickup the next day! Went in and the girl working the register was so sweet! Made me wish I lived closer.

I always love coming here for party supplies! They have everything you need for any occasion, so many options. And their balloon selection is the best. I come here for every one of my daughters birthdays. We have a baby due in a few months so I can't wait to come back for shower party supplies!

My kiddo calls this store the baloon store because they have a whole aisle of the store dedicated to balloons. Glorious! Anecdote aside, this store has everything you need for any party or gathering. The store is lightly staffed, but I've never seen the store crowded or stood in line for more than a minute or two. The store is clean and well organized, with a logical layout. Its easy to find what you need.

Listen up: I am a recreational activities director. I spend a ton of time and money at stores like this as part of my job. They all pretty much stock the same stuff for the same price, so the experience really comes down to staff, who at most stores are mediocre-terrible. This store has without a doubt the most friendly, helpful, and on-the-ball staff of any party store I've ever shopped at. Recently I had balloons filled for my daughter's birthday party, and long story short I wasn't going to make it before they closed. I called them and told them I was going to be 5-10 minutes late and they said "Oh yeah, no worries, just call when you are here and we'll bring them out." They could have just said "sorry, come tomorrow" but they went the extra mile to help a customer, AND they were super cool and nice about it.

Lots of variety depending on the type of party you have envisioned. A little short of supplies for the party snappers that have the kid's jokes and prizes in them, but considering the supply chain and distribution issues, just check back from time to time. Everything for your party needs from simple hats and wigs to more complicated outfits - kids to adults.

Party City is so much fun they have everything you can possibly want it's a place where adults can go and be kids all over again because of all the fun things that they have and for any birthday holiday just because I Cajun you can find everything there they have so many costumes for Halloween but just on a normal basis everything you can think of they have yes they have changed they have nothing in their store they are totally empty they have no party themes things at all no complete party things items they're always out of stock of everything that you really want this up-to-date thing items for children they do have all the old things that have been out for years but anything new that you're looking for you will not find there they're always out of stock and there's no one there that can ever help you until you when they're going to get new things in the only thing they ever tell you is that they don't know their no help at all they have gone totally downhill I would not recommend this store at all

I went to Party City in Vancouver, WA & was extremely disappointed with their customer service. They lost a sale, & a customer...
Drove to Clackamas, where the selection was well stocked. More importantly, the customer service was excellent! Friendly & helpful!
