My husband an I found ourselves in a pinch when our old dryer went out. We knew it was beyond repair and needed replaced. The individuals the washer and dryer department were so helpful. They made the shoping experience very informative and dare I say fun. We were able to make a well educated decision and had our products delivered the very next day! The delivery team was on time, efficient and kind! We loved our experience almost as much as we love our new LG appliances!

Got a nice freezer. Applied for an in store credit account and got $100 off my purchase. Used that to get the extended warranty. All in all a great purchase. Freezer was delivered 2 days later and was set up by 2 very nice delivery fellas.

I purchased custom kitchen cabinets, and Stephanie and Adrienne were excellent to work with. They were extremely respectful of my tight budget and used everything in their power to get me an amazing deal. I am so grateful for the two of them!

I bought a dishwasher, Larry/Frank saved me a lot of money. Max was the supervisor and he helped to finalize the deal. I'm a veteran and widow I would trust this Lowe's for all future purchases. My delivery never came my Christmas was ruined.

We were looking for a solution to a plumbing issue and were having a problem figuring out which parts would solve our issue. An employee came to help us but was unable to solve the dilemma so he called Harry, a very knowledgeable employee who helped solve the problem by finding the right parts. Well done Harry.

We went for Laminate Flooring and got my Veterans discount on floor planks already on sale.

Excellent service as always. I had interactions with 3 individual employees and they helped me amazing. I had to temporarily fix a big hole on a property I just acquired and the quick blacktop fix seems to be perfect.

Was looking for some home repair parts at other stores,,, couldnt find all we needed at either store,,thought about and stopped by Lowes,,,they had all we needed for the repair, will be first choice next time!!

The old woman that we ask for assistance was very RUDE and didn't really want to assist us. We asked a middle aged man and he was extremely helpful and knowledgeable so I would suggest if you don't get assistance from 1 person ask a different one. Not all people appreciate your patronage .

Lowe’s is our go to store! We especially appreciate their service to veterans. Posted is a photo in honor of Memorial Day. 🇺🇸 I am posting a photo of about “masks”. This employee was not wearing hers. Many that are will frequently be adjusting them and touching their masks where they have breathed and then they touch everything around them that other people then touch. Lot of good. I wish they would throw them all away. It makes me not want to shop.

Very happy with my visit to Lowes on a Saturday evening around 730. The store was clean and organized. I was ask more than once if they could help me find anything or if I had any questions by Mike in the cabinet area. I found 2 samples of flooring to take home with me. I am getting ready to do a home renovation and this is most likely where I will be purchasing to complete it. Found 2 flooring sample to take with me at no charge and this will be a big help.

Gavin went above and beyond and helping to explain the different products and helping me to locate samples. That kind of service isn’t easy to find these days. We called many Lowes around Louisville and surrounding areas and only one called me back about the back splash we were desperately in search of. Gavin returned our call and let me know how many they had and that they would be able to prove match from another Lowes. This was absolutely fantastic for us! We are so thankful for Gavin in flooring. What a wonderful employee.

They're clean and their parking lot is picked up. I quit going to Walmart on Veterans Parkway after I realized how much trash they keep around the back side of the building they never bothered to pick it up

Was able to find outside protective faucet covers there... with some helpful locating directions from their staff.

Always had a great experience here! Staff is always super knowledgeable and helpful. This is our "go-to" home improvement store for anything and everything. Almost always have what we need in stock. If they dont, they can order it and get it very quickly.

I work here at the time, and they have a great amount of merchandise. They strive to keep the place clean, orderly, and try to satisfy the customers needs, as much as possible, and they also allow pets on a leash.
