Cobblestone Hotel & Suites - Charlestown

The whole experience was pleasant. The front staff girl Kia was the only one at the desk. She calmly handled 5 people trying to check in at the same time. The housekeeping staff was working overtime because someone was off work however, Dawn and the other girls came through, all the rooms got done. My room was cozy and comfortable,, and I didn't hear a lot of noise. I had a great experience and I would recommend this for family and friends visiting the area. I would say I was very disappointed that the hot tub was not working because I specifically got to town with no swimsuit went shopping for swimwear to get in the hot tub and it was not available and it did not indicate that on the website so that was disappointing...

We enjoyed the saltwater pool. We wish the spa was working. We were in town for our daughters cheer competition and enjoyed our stay there. We'd definitely return if in the area again.

Very clean and quiet. No loud music in the parking lot, no noise from the hallway, beds were clean and comfortable. Shower was immaculate.
We were here house hunting and the front desk clerk was very friendly and informative on some things to do in the area.
Has a pool and hot tub area. Pool could have used a good cleaning but we still enjoyed it. Also has a nice little shop to purchase snacks, desserts and toiletries. My 7 year old also enjoyed making his own waffle for breakfast.

We stayed here when we visited Charlestown Indiana. The rooms were clean, the staff was really friendly and helpful. The location was good as we were visiting a business in the area. The only drawback is it's an older hotel and the walls are somewhat thin so you can hear your neighbors at times. We just turned on the continual fan in the air conditioner unit and didn't hear a thing after that, The beds were comfortable and we slept really well.

This place is truly great. My sister and I were traveling through the area and picked this place out of many. Staff super friendly, the room was very clean and the hottub spa area was the cherry on top. Would definitely stay here again. It's a little off the beaten path but that made for a peaceful stay.

My husband and I stayed here Sept 28-30,2022 for his birthday. Room was spacious for the 2 of us (we booked a 2 queen bed room). Room was clean and was stocked with a fridge and microwave and coffee essentials.
Shower had adequate water pressure and was easy to operate, unlike some hotels. Room had adequate lighting - there was a lamp by the beds and a lamp on the table. The TV looks to be like at least a 32 inch if not bigger.

Only con was the first night around 1150p the smoke alarm decided to go off and wake us up. We were told It was the whole hotel that went off- hopefully it won't go off again.

The front desk clerk does inform you, when you check in, that the room is non smoking and will be charged if it has been smoked in. Fortunately my husband and I are non smokers so that's never an issue.

I visited the breakfast area before checking out. They had hot breakfast that included scrambled eggs, bacon, gravy. They had a waffle station and a separate coffee station.
There was also a full bar in the breakfast area.

For $80/night, we thought it was a great value.

Very clean Hotel, rooms are very clean and nice. Staff is extremely friendly and helpful. One of the cleanest, quietest hotels we have ever stayed at. Very nice.

Arrived a little late check-in was super quick and simple friendly desk clerk our room is immaculate spotless as a lot of you know when I travel I bring my UV black lights and I checked my room for its cleanliness.
NO GLOW here at Cobblestone, absolutely impeccable. Price is very reasonable only 20 minutes away from Louisville Kentucky where I have to be in the morning sits up on a hill just beautiful

Staff is very friendly. Rooms were very clean. Air conditioning was super cold. The indoor pool wasn’t heated and was freezing but we enjoyed the spacious hot tub. There was no elevator to the second floor but that didn’t bother us. We stayed 5 nights and the staff was eager to help. They always asked if we needed anything if we passed them in the hallway. We will definitely be staying again.

Outstanding establishment to have a very comfortable experience. The staff, Jill, Jessica, Tammie, Michelle and housekeeping Dawn were the most courteous staff. This is highly recommended if you are in Southern Indiana and need a place to rest your head.

Everything was very clean. The bed pillows sheets blanket were all very comfy. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The pool area was clean and plenty of towels Just a great stay overall

Everything was nice. It was a pleasant stay. The room and hallways were very clean. The hot breakfast was a little lacking but there was breads to toast and cereal as well as yogurt and waffles with toppings.

Nice staff, clean rooms, a ground floor room big enough to keep our bicycles in overnight, good Indian food within walking distance - a great stay!

In no particular order, my favorites included the the friendly and generous staff, the super-lathering shampoo, and the great coffee with flavored syrups. Everything seemed clean and fairly new, the water was hot, and the bed was very comfortable. They have a full bar and heated indoor pool/spa, but we didn't have time for extracurriculars. Would absolutely stay there again!
