Came here with my husband to get supplies for the deck we are building. The workers saw us wandering around, and guided us to the correct isles. They clearly know their stuff we got a lot of useful information about every product and gave us great advices! By far the best costumer service we have EVER experienced! They are very friendly, passionate, and patient! They even helped us load the car after the checkout! Coming back in the future for sure! Thank you for everything you’ve done!
I’m sorry Justin but I’ve read your comment as well and there’s no way they would do such a thing!! Especially the owner he’s very nice.. your comment seems too far fetched. And even IF some how it’s true there’s probably something you’re leaving out.

The guy was super nice. He greeted me as soon as I walked through the door (which isn't as common as you think). They had a wide variety of what I was looking for, for a great price. Definitely would rather go here and get great customer service than Home Depot where employees couldn't care less about your business. He was knowledable on the products. I can say he definitely cares about his customers.

Store owner was great, amazing Halloween decorations! Overall great experience! This will be the place I go to all the time, especially with the rental of the uhaul! My mother was extremely impressed with their great customer service

The best small hardware store I have ever been to. Morris, Bobby, and the rest of the gang are not only knowledgeable they even make trips to the hardware store fun for my kids 4&2. If you need something they've got it and if not.......Morris will track it down for you.

Great personal service and lots of variety for a small store. Very competitive prices with Home Depot. I used to have to go to Home Depot for things but now I can get almost anything I need from here. They even ordered some deck stain for me in quart sizes and Home Depot said no to that when I asked them. I will alway go here over Home Depot as long as they have what I need.

Very friendly and helpful. Had power washers for rent; very difficult to find in area. Only problem for me was narrow aisles; I use a power scooter which could not go past entrance area. I have a feeling that if I had been by myself they would have gotten what I needed.

This a a great store to have in our community.

Today I watched the owner take a new post hole digger and turn it in to a rental for a customer just because he asked. Guy said eh sure why not.

Can find most small to medium things up to renting pressure washers or U-haul down to bee traps or garbage disposal cleaner.

Stick to big market stores for particular brand filters, obscure parts or larger items.

Love this locally owned hardware store. Always someone there to help assist you to find exactly what you need. This is my go to for specific supplies like batteries etc. Way better than the big box hardware stores. I would recommend you go here and support the local businesses that need it.

I am normally a big box home improvement store shopper. This hardware store is in my neighborhood so I try to go there for smaller purchases. Some how they make you feel like you just stepped into a old school hardware store with personalized service that is fun for me.

Fantastic inventory and variety of merchandise packed in this great locally owned and operated store. The staff are knowledgeable, very friendly, and helpful. A great small business to have in our community!!

My girlfriend and I (we are a lesbian couple) came in looking for one thing and the man who was working was very very helpful and incredibly kind as the man in front of us in line was giving us dirty looks. Once he left the man working apologized and told us we made a beautiful "unit". Wonderful customer service and very refreshing in today's very homophobic community.

I absolutely love this place! They have a small hometown hardware store feel with expertise and customer service that tops them all. I return regularly and am never disappointed, and you won’t be either.

Talbert hardware is great. I always try them before heading to the big guys. Owner is staff is very helpful and polite. Cost is pennies more than other places well worth the extra service and convenience.

Awesome location I just love that this place is right across the street from my house especially when doing projects at home. Usually friendly but I guess they are entitled to have their days like the rest of us. They are not doing the volume that the larger retailers are but at least you do not have to walk 5 miles to find what you are looking for and you do not have to deal with heavy parking traffic.

Best place hands down to rent a uhaul. Very friendly staff. Honest prices and helped us get exactly what we needed. Highly recommend to anyone moving.

This place is amazing. Every time I go there as a home owner I wonder "will they have it" and every time they have! Bonus, someone is always there to greet you and show you where to find your item. Prices are VERY reasonable as well.

Very knowledgeable friendly love the independent hardware stores always have what you need at great prices. They were three to four dollars cheaper per foot on the hose that we needed then Home Depot and Wilco
