Rite Aid

After waiting for weeks for meds refilled at Walgreens across the street, we finally switched to Rite Aide. So nice to get meds called in and the next day to get them. They actually answer the phone here, and will refill as quickly as possible.

Big appreciative shout out to Pharmacist Cameron at Sunnyside Clackamas-I called 15 Minutes before close, totally out of my Thyroid meds that i must have daily. Cameron answered and looked at my file said he could have it filled in 5 min and would wait til i arrived. I got there right at closing and there he was waiting just like he promised. He was friendly and patient with me after i even forgot my wallet. He did not make me feel rushed and even calmly helped me figure out ApplePay. I learned something new. I appreciate you Cameron!!!! Great customer service for sure!!!! 👍🏻

The Rite Aid on Sunnyside Road is the very best. Lots of selection & a great pharmacy. The staff there are very friendly & knowledgeable

My family has been using this pharmacy for years and they are always fast kind and professional. Sometimes long lines due to staffing shortages but overall no complaints!

Everyone at the pharmacy is professional and courteous. I especially enjoyed my interactions with the pharmacist who administered my vaccine. She had awesome purple and blue hair and was so compassionate. She gave some very helpful tips to reduce vaccine side effects and my anxiety.

Edit: I am sure all the workers here are great, I just only interacted with the pharmacists.

While I do not go to Rite Aid often, when I do I go out of my way to go to this location. Store is clean, staff is friendly and the pharmacy staff is THE BEST.

We got our COVID boosters today thanks to the walk-in service here. We were so pleased! All the staff at the pharmacy was quick, efficient, and friendly. They had all three options available. It’s such a relief to have that out of the way! Thanks guys :)

Been using this Rite Aid for yrs. Can't say enuf great things about the place and the staff. Now using the pharmacy too and just as pleased. Just feels good to go there and always get what you need.

I find the store staff as well as those in the pharmacy to be quite friendly, patient, and helpful. This is by far my favorite rite aid location.
