This location is always AMAZING! They have the best staff, I’m always able to find what I need. Theres a young lady named Nykayla there who is kind and efficient. She helped me find the right shoe for me and was even able to give recommendations. Red Wing has restored my faith in humanity. It’s refreshing to finally see a company care about the consumer. Some of the most comfortable shoes I’ve ever worn too. Don’t forget to ask for a free sticker too!

The sales person was excellent in sizing me for my new boots. Got me the perfect insoles for my foot type. Very happy with my purchase and experience.

Came in today looking for some boots, Nykayla Whitt helped me out so much in the process of purchasing my boots by explaining the pros and cons of each boot, showing me the difference between the bottoms of the shoe that I never even thought about, all in all she was really informative and great, and a great salesperson. My customer service agent was extremely helpful in knowing what type if boots, size etc. I haven't been able to find someone with knowledge in this area before.

Even if the shoes don't work out there's a 30 day return policy. Regardless of the shoes the people are always helpful and go above and beyond to help you find what works for you and listen to fitting concerns and compare what people have said about this or that shoe. Very helpful and doesn't cost a fortune

The manager there was very knowledgeable. Actually taught myself and the young associate there more about pull on work boots than we thought we could know. She was very helpful, professional and even spent the time to not just find me the perfect pair of boots, but she is custom sizing them for me. Love this place. I highly recommend getting the right boot for your hard working feet here and only here.

This is a beautiful store staffed by excellent workers that take pride in over the top customer service. The previous reviews submitted in the past 1-3 months are fabricated by previous employees who were terminated. Their immaturity is shown in leaving false and inaccurate reviews. They need to grow up and get on with their lives.

Did not have my size in stock but made arrangements to get a pair from another store in two days. Excellent service. TYVM.

Great boots! Fully American made versions available. They clean and oil free for the life of the boots. Pricey, but your feet are worth it.

My go to place for my work boots! Highly recommended if you need durable work boots at a good price!
