Honestly this is one of the Best park in Kearny area for kids. This park contains 9 big fields you can play football, basketball, baseball, skateboard. For toddlers they have separate play area. Park is clean and very well maintained. You can use big fields but you will have to take permission before from authorities (as per notice board). They also have shades and benches kids can have their meal here.
public washrooms are clean.

Update : free Wi-Fi is also available

Some time you can also find ice-cream truck roaming in this area.

Enough parking for 50+cars may be more.

This sports complex (and park) is beautiful and clean. It has free parking all throughout the perimeter of the complex.
Bathrooms for family, men, women on location aswell (not sure if they are open all the time, however the women's bathroom was open yesterday).
Overall, a very nice renovated area with a picture perfect view of lower Manhattan as you drive/walk through the entrance.
Worth the visit if you are in the area👍

Lovely park! Lots of baseball fields, basketball courts, tennis courts a little kiddie park too. Very clean and well maintained. Unfortunately, not much shade here as everything is out in the open. If it's a really blazing hot and sunny day, I'd skip it but on any other day, it would be great!

Many ball fields, basketball courts, and more than sufficient playground and parking space. Had a great time with my granddaughter. Will return before weather becomes too cold.

Beautiful baseball theme playground. Vibrant colors, very clean and well maintained. My little one had a nice time. Plenty of parking.

Great place to take the kids. Everything is new and clean. Security is good, ice cream truck show up at around 6pm.

I came to visit my aunt at Kearny with my 4 &6 yrs. old girls and they had a blast. It is beautiful, clean and safe. I loved it. Recommended 100%

Great place to take your children, awesome soccer fields, great pavement work. Really upset the playground has taken so long to re-open. But overall great.

A lovely park for kids to play.
Everything is new. There is a skate park, tennis court, basketball area, and several fields surrounding the playground equipment. There are tables with shade (very important in the summer!) as well as drinking fountains and public bathrooms.

This place is amazing after its reopening in 2021. Great for kids of all ages. Basketball, baseball, soccer, football skateboards/roller blade, and tennis facilities all surrounding a kids playground!

Very crowded on weekends, which is an issues as the pandemic is coming to an end. Best to bring kids between 12pm and 4pm to miss morning play time and afternoon rush.

This is a great park there is a gym, kids park and more. It’s a great place both my kids love it and it has a bathroom it’s awesome!

Wow. What a fabulous brand new facility. Residents of Kearney and visitors treat it well. This is how a recreation facility should look. Planned for easy and convenient access to all fields. Every sport has a place. Now get the players back on the fields, pitches and diamonds and play some sports.

Wonderful location to find a great basketball court and skate park. Not much traffic, so you can enjoy yourself on an afternoon with nice weather. Definitely recommend coming here to enjoy your time out.

Beautiful play ground lots of field baseball and soccer fields. Wonderful playing park for the kids, if only they could use it, can't even use because of COVID-19. At least the kids can practice and play in the soccer and baseball fields.

Always a beautiful place to play and walk, exceptionally clean compared to parks in other counties, and a variety or fields and courts with plenty of space.

Great place for the whole family. My kids had a blast in the playground while we played soccer. The park is big and clean.
