This was the best hospital experience I could have asked for. I was seen in the emergency room for clinical dehydration. All of my staff were extremely accommodating and friendly. I was visiting from out of town and they made sure to help me feel at home. Trish and Jess were my nurses and Mandy was my PA. I wish I could give this hospital more than 5 stars. Angels reside here 💜

I've consistently had positive experiences at this hospital. The staff is generally friendly, and I appreciate the prompt attention and care I receive. The follow-up after each visit is a nice touch. Thank you to everyone for your contributions to our community's well-being.

Recently I went to claim aid here to help straighten out my daughter's insurance and the ladies there were wonderful! Super friendly and helped me through the entire process.

My sister had surgery at Columbus Regional Health. The nursing staff was wonderful and special thanks to Kelly in admissions! She went above and beyond to help make my sister calm and comfortable!

I went in for ankle surgery last Thursday. From the very moment I pulled up to the doors at 6am it was a comforting experience. I was greeted by the sweetest man at the door that helped guide us to where we needed to go. The nurses were all so nice and helpful. Nurse Michelle was an angel. Dr Scott Slivka did a wonderful job on my surgery.

I went here for ultrasound and Ty was my technician. He was very polite and greeted me warmly and made the procedure very smooth. He also ensured me that my PCP would have the results electronically as well as in my MyCHART app. I arrived there quite early since I used bus #3 and I am glad the front desk clerk let me in and Ty was able to start my procedure sooner. The good thing about this hospital is that it is right on bus #3. The architectural design in this hospital is outstanding. I have lived in a bunch of cities so far and the architectural design in this hospital was very distinctive. Overall, the hospital was quiet on a Saturday noon and very clean. The sitting area in wait room offered very comfortable chairs. Before my appointment, I received a call to confirm about my basic information as well as change of my insurance. Overall, a very great experience here. The hospital is also connected to an ER inside it.

Imaging was super fast and exactly on time for our appointment. The nurses and technicians were very polite and caring about my comfort as they prepared me for my Imaging, during it, and after it was done. I felt comfortable with the procedure and appreciated the care I was given.

I want to brag on Columbus Regional. I had outpatient surgery today and everyone I met was so nice! They took wonderful care of me, were patient with me when I started panicking about the surgery. Talked with me and didn't mind me talking their ears off after having anesthesia lol Thank you to all the amazing nurses and doctors (Alex, Sarah, Monica, Carrie, Crystal, Anna, Dr. Miller & Dr. Albers) hope I didn't miss a name, You're all amazing!! ❤

I had to have a hysterectomy done, and I must say every single staff member that helped me during my stay were amazing, especially one nurse in particular in tower 5, Cheryl. Cheryl was not only patient and understanding, she was incredibly compassionate and knew the anguish I was feeling after my procedure. I honestly can't thank her enough for being there for me when I needed it most, she's truly a blessing.

My stay so far has been phenomenal, never thought I'd say that about a hospital. I was rushed up to ICU. I guess I was crashing. My nurse Kaitlyn and of course the others were amazing. They had a lot of craziness to deal with I'm sure. They are getting me figured out finally. I've been trying to do that for 49 years haha. Seriously though if you need a pulmonary doctor. Dr. Chada is great, he listens to me, and actually hears me. He has a good sense of humor, compassion and a great smile. He didn't mind me telling him not to sugarcoat anything. My only complaint is don't eat the meatloaf.

Wonderful emergency room experience with my child. Very courteous staff, clean, and well organized for the number of patients being treated. Security also was top notch after a person was acting silly in the waiting room.

I had my baby at CRH, the doctors were great and the nurses were very helpful through the whole process from being induced to learning how to care for our newborn baby. Our son had to stay in the nursery for a week to be monitored and again the nursing staff was very helpful both physically and emotionally as I left my newborn baby in their care. They allowed me to continue to breastfeed in the nursery and showed me how to pump milk overnight when I couldn't be there. The nursery staff was amazing and grew attached to our precious baby. They felt like family by the time we took our baby home for the first time.

I recently had a bariatric bypass surgery performed by Dr Adam Golas and the entire surgical team including Dr Lee at the Columbus regional health hospital. I have had 18 procedures over the last 5 years and this was the best experience of all of them. The hospital is very clean the people are very polite. You're greeted and treated very well from the get-go. The aftercare is phenomenal in recovery and once moved to a room you are treated with nothing but respect and kindness. For anyone who has the ability to use Columbus regional health I strongly advise it. I don't know that I would have been treated better anywhere else! I cannot recommend this hospital and the staff any higher than to simply say they are near perfection.

I had surgery at CRH in August. Dr. A Golas was the surgeon. Living an 1.5 hours away and having never been to CRH I didn't know what to expect. Once there, we were greeted at the door and the staff on the surgery ward met us at the elevators. The entire staff were very helpful and kind, I felt very comfortable there. Great job to all who made my surgery and recovery a success!!

I had to take my husband to the ER Wednesday of last week for his toe. It had an ulcer from being diabetic on his big toe.
We could not of ask for any better treatment then what we got that day. We had RN nurse Phyllis and PA Missy, then the x-ray tech was Scott. The most wonderful and caring people we have ever met in an ER.

I had surgery with Dr. Golas a couple weeks ago. He was very professional, and I'm very happy with his services. He and his team made this all very easy. Special Shoutout to Lorna, my OR nurse, and Martha, the nurse anesthetist. They both went above and beyond to make my experience as pleasant as possible. It was my first surgery, and I was kinda nervous. They took note of this and really helped me feel better about things. Thanks, ladies!

My husband had surgery and our experience at CRH was great. Dr. Adam Golas, the surgeon, was so personable and reliable. We felt secure under his care. Everyone we came in contact with from the valet parking attendant to the discharge nurse was friendly and helpful. The care in out patient surgery was excellent. I am a nurse and felt really encouraged to received such good health care. Keep up the good work!

Took my loved one with a severe kidney infection and they had her admitted within 10 minutes of getting there. Nurses and doctors were awesome. North Vernon ER sent her home the day before knowing she was in extreme pain and both kidneys infected. Thanks Columbus you’re the best 🥰

When I went to the ER recently for abdominal pain, i certainly didn't expect to hear that I had appendicitis! I knew exactly what would happen next! I was told that Dr. Golas was the surgeon on call. I had never met him before but knew I had no choice. Wow! He came in and introduced himself, talked to me about my diagnosis, told me when he would perform surgery. I wasn't really worried but must say Dr. Golas put me at ease completely. He was amazing! My 2 week post op visit was today. My sutures are healing very nicely. I seriously doubt i will see scars later. I never required the prescribed pain medicine during the few days after surgery. I got by with Tylenol, which I took for only 2 days. . I would and have already recommended Dr. Golas to anyone needing surgery. He is an excellent, knowledgeable surgeon and a genuinely kind and caring man. All of the ER nurses, CT tech, phlebotomists, surgical team, and recovery nurses were wonderful. I also want to thank Dr. Oesterling, my anesthesiologist. He was excellent. First time i ever had surgery and wasn't sick and dizzy afterward. Well done, Dr Oesterling! I received excellent care here at CRH.
