Duerr's Plumbing

My parents were happy with the service at their house so we had Steve come out for our new bathroom and laundry room. He also replaced a water heater. He did good work and passed city inspection on the first pass. Steve definitely was a busy/in demand guy, but very good value and professional if you can be patient and don't have an emergency.

We are new to the area and feel so fortunate to find Duerr's Plumbing. Steve was there within the hour on a Saturday and had my water backup cleared up within minutes. We can recommend him without reservation as a reliable, professional and priced right plumber.

Helped us find and fix a broken pipe below our home's foundation. Very happy, great service, kind technician. Would recommend to anyone.

Poor big commercial account. Promised several times by answering service for a return call. Nothing. Called competitor and got service call within the hour.

Called Duerr's twice in one day for a work related plumbing issue. Both times told someone would call me back to schedule an appointment. It's 24+ hours later and no one has ever called back.
I have since called another plumbing company, whom in the same day came out & repaired the issue.

Called about broken pipe. That’s kind of an emergency. Told someone would call me with an estimate. They never called.
