Great food it came out hot and fresh fish was really good I don't eat hush puppies normally but I ate both of the ones that came with my meals they were delicious. Staff was very friendly. The only downside if there is any they seem to focus more on take out then their dine in business. And those that will remember the inside still looks allot like the old Shane's Rib Shack.

I’ve been in Myrtle Beach for 7 years, and moved back to Atlanta in April 2023. The quality of the food and service is still very good. The best quality of fish in Metro Atlanta, always fresh. The same spirit of kindness that’s on the owner is also on the staff. Great job!

Forget about the rest. And try the best.. they have been around for years.. there is a reason for that.. I got the whiting sandwich and the trout sandwich ordered a side of onion rings and a side of slaw.. the shredded lettuce was iceberg cold and the tomatoes were fresh and crunchy I should have ordered a half and half but I would do that on the next go around.. yeah I mean..

The best fish on old national, the meals are cooked with love and the okra and fish and hush puppies are nice and crispy the place is always clean, the customer service is superb and even the coleslaw outstanding they get a 10 star from me and will recommend anyone to experience what I’ve experienced… they even place the food in the containers nice and neat!!! THERES NOT A FISH PLACE OVER ON OLD NATIONAL THAT CAN TOP THE FLAVOR…. Please don’t change and KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!!!!!❤❤❤❤❤…. I CAN’T SPEAK FOR NO ELSE BUT I CAN SAY, THE OLD SCHOOL-MUSIC GOES WITH THE OLD SCHOOL LOOK!!!! Don’t change!!!ATE 3 times here before I gave the review!!!!!

ordered from doordash and was pretty much as happy as could be considering fried food as delivery usually is gonna come less crispy then you'd like.

not only was the food properly seasoned and still very crispy, it was perfectly cooked. the fish and shrimp had great flavor and texture and the coleslaw was a nice complimentary and crisp side dish to go with it. i didn't love the hush puppies because i thought they'd have corn kernels but they were good nonetheless.

the red velvet cake was also really delicious. super moist and just a great way to finish the meal. also the house made drinks are very solid for those that like punch flavored stuff. i had the grape punch so i was super pleased

get the tartar sauce. it's probably one of the best i've ever had

I think I found my go to fried fish and shrimp spot! This is a homestyle seafood restaurant off of a busy street, you can find a decent size parking lot and a handful of booths if you choose to dine inside. You can also place your order online for pickup and will have no wait when you arrive. Food is served with a smile and you’re treated like a regular, although it is your first time ordering. The food was hot and so good! Whiting and shrimp were fried and seasoned to perfection. Onion rings and fries were the perfect texture, they were golden brown. The only thing I did not enjoy was the potato salad, it was a little too tangy for me and needed more spice.

Reminds me of this old school fish shop back home.

The fish was fresh. Great fish! The sides were ok.

The staff was friendly, food was ready in the time frame they said. I got the jumbo shrimp with a side of coleslaw & Red Beans and Rice.

All orders are cooked to order. So your food is always hot and fresh. Nice portions of fish. Very tasty. Reasonable prices as well!!

Wow, what can I say about this place.
Not many are left around, especially in the Atlanta Metro area.
The location isn't the best, but it works for the Old National Area, and parking is at a minimum.
The food is always hot and made to order.

Yasin's whitey fish salad is the best. I traveled 45 miles to get it.

Best catfish I ever tasted crispy on the outside and soft on the inside! Hot sauce and tarter sauce has so much flavor hush puppies are amazing as well! The lady at the counter mess our order up. And it was horrible she added hush puppies we didn't order missed fries on the other order smh but we made due other than that.

Was so hungry but the cat fish was so crispy and had that nice crunch to it. Took some of it for the road trip and it still held flavor and crunch. Clerk was rude but the food balanced out the lack of customerservice.
Sitting by the window and watching the people outside was entertaining too. Haha.
