Matt is very friendly and professional! We walked in and out with the perfect auto insurance plan within an hour. Matt quickly solved our problem with the Milewise plan (which we previously had spent hours making phone calls with other Allstate agents to find out why). Our email follow-up was also replied within the day. We are super satisfied and definitely will be coming back for other plans!

Being able to speak with the same person, or same group of people, is helpful as they get to know you better, and therefore assist you better as well. I had an issue with an incorrect accident report being reported on one of my vehicles which inaccurately increased my premiums. Was able to clarify it with my Allstate agent, and got the correct premiums, which would've been harder with some of the less personal insurance companies.
