Love this store. Been a huge hot topic fan since the 90s. My favorite place to buy loungefly mini backpacks. Great atmosphere, wonderful staff. Very friendly and chill environment. Highly recommend.

My twelve years old daughter and wife love this place. Lots of goth and punk rock clothes, concert t-shirts. Loads of ear rings, belts, buttons to back packs. Store employees are super friendly always willing to help. The store is packed with merchandise but not overwhelming. Clean store as well. They even have a fitting room.

I took my daughter here to get, well, not sure, one of the crazy things they sell here. The store manager was a sweetheart. She gave a great discount on a slightly damaged item, walked my daughter around the store showing her everything they carried in the "theme" she wanted, and walked me through the sign up process for their rewards program to get an additional discount.

You do pay more for in-mall stores but at least here the customer service made it worth it.

My daughter was in town to visit. She had a great shopping experience. "However" ... this particular Mall closes at 8p.m. sharp in the middle of the week?

Great staff and management! People are kind to an aging Punk/Fanperson who still shops here with my kids. And a HUGE THANK YOU for the kindness, patience, decency and humanity given to my special needs children! This is one of the few stores (this location specifically in Clarksville Indiana) where we do not feel judged if on of my kiddos becomes overwhelmed and has a meltdown. The staff is legitimately understanding and kind enough to help by almost any means necessary. They have voiced their empathy due to lived experience or just out of their understanding that sometimes the store's size and amount of things in store CAN become overwhelming for anyone- so they have told my children it's ok to be themselves. It is wonderful to have a place to feel safe when you feel everything is too much or you know you're different. I'm so happy this HT location employees people who embody this culture of safe space for everyone.

Always a great atmosphere that has options for all shapes and sizes. They are inclusive and have a wide variety of options to pick from. From clothes to collectibles. From Anime to Rock music. Whatever you vibe with, you can find it here. Also shoutout to Carly Allman, the best employee there! They were very helpful and welcoming to me and the other customers. It really shows that hot topic takes time to make sure they right people are hired.

I visited the store with a friend of mine's daughter to get some school clothes. I was not looking forward to going into this younger aged department store at all. But i have to say, I had the best experience from all the shopping we did that day at Hot Topic! Their staff was so helpful and in my opinion, went over the top in the interaction and help with the customers in the store. All of the employees were busy with tasks or customers, none were just standing around!. They had great deals, all buy-one-get-one-free on cute crop tops and shorts. We left the store with 2 cute skirts and 2 crop tops and a cell phone case for $50! It was a really great experience.

Was real happy with my purchase I have a card so every time I buy my specific item I get a hole punched and it's pretty cool they do that with t-shirts and jewelry they'll give you a card for everyone that you buy and after so many you get one free

Hot Topic is always sufficiently staffed with kind, courteous employees who are eager to assist with questions and provide excellent overall customer service.

It's the shining light of Greentree Mall, where most other stores are populated with rude, dismissive staff who don't seem to want you in there reminding them that they may have to interact with the plebs.

We went to Hot Topic to get a couple of birthday presents for my daughter's friend birthday party. I believe she loved them.

I love great customer service, so when an employee is around at all times to help with anything you need I feel like a valued customer. The prices are reasonable and the staff are outgoing so there is never a reason to be unhappy with a visit here. Even if you aren't looking to spend money it's a great place to just look around in a good atmosphere and see what's popular.

10/10 the employees in there were so sweet. I learned hot topic sells girl pants WITH POCKETS. The staff stayed a safe distance away and theybwere so sweet to my baby😍If it wasn't a pandemic I would have stayed just to hang out🖤. And spend too much money😂

Super cool place to shop at! Been coming to this store for over 15 years now and I still love it as much as the day I started my journey! We love you Hottopic!

I like this one as it has a good selection of products and the staff is helpful and friendly.

This place is really cool and queer friendly for sure .
Definitely a bit pricey though for not always amazing quality goods and I'd love it if they had more skinny jeans and gender non conforming clothing items but whatever, stuff circulates out.

I love this store, I can go here and geek out. At this point I bought a few Harry Potter things but I have purchased other things here before. I love all their merchandise. They even have snacks; like Pockys, gummies, chocolate, etc.

The two women working were fantastic in helping my 9 year old daughter feel special and wear her new outfit out of the store. They were very helpful and very kind.

Absolutely LOVE this store!!! Not very big but swear could be there for hours so much cool things to check out! The clothing selection is amazing. The staff always ready to help
