I’ve been coming to Dillard’s for a few years now. Whenever I get Cardell, whom I 1st encountered at the home store., it’s always a good shopping experience. He then went to hand bags, I made sure I visited him there and made my 1st designer bag purchase with him. He then was gone for a while, he’s back and in the Shoe Dept currently. I’m so glad he’s back and able to assist me. He’s knowledgeable, wry helpful and lets you know when something does t look right together. He always dresses nice & stays well groomed. If he moves to bedding I’ll follow him there and let him sell me sheets I guess.. Cardell is great to converse with and get a good laugh.
Thank you for all of your assistance throughout the years. Don’t disappear again.

An employee by the name of Irina is why we need to keep stores like dillards alive.

I was traveling to Clarksville for a wedding and of course forgot my dress. Irina in the dress department pulled the best dresses for me to try on. She definitely understood my frame and had me try on the most flattering dresses. I definitely enjoyed my experience.

Great selection of clothes and home goods! It’s only one floor so it’s a very big store, but it’s definitely worth the visit! The staff is very friendly and courteous.

It is always a very pleasant experience, I have been getting my needed under garments here for a very long time. NEVER DISAPPOINTED!

Favorite place to shop for shoes. Good selection of Birks and they also now have Hey Dudes. Love the Antonio Melani brand they carry and the generous selection of fragrances.

The quality is wonderful. The prices reflect that quality. $$$. Bargain shoppers like myself may get sticker shock here. I don’t really shop here but wanted to look at prom dresses for my daughter. They were lovely with a large selection.

If I could give this store 100,000 stars I would. Absolutely amazing, I give this store 10 out of 10. The establishment was sparkling clean and extremely organized. The staff is super friendly, has great product knowledge, answered everyone of my questions and saved me around 40$. It's experiences like this that not only will make me a customer for life, but restores my faith in society as a whole. Shout out to Sarah, thanks and I will definitely be back soon.

The lingerie department sales associate was so helpful and sweet

My daughter went in tonight and was looking at some perfume that she loved the smell of. I am allergic to and we have not bought in the past for that reason. New medication has made me a lot more tolerant to certain things. I was willing to let her give the perfume a try if they had a small bottle. It turns out, the smallest bottle was $100 and I wasn't willing to spend that on an experiment. My receipt does not give me the name of the woman at the counter, but she was really nice and helpful. She pointed out some colorful bottles you pay $15 for and you can have them fill the bottles with whatever perfume you wanted. It was totally worth $15 for the amount of product that they hold and we can see if I am tolerant enough for her to buy the actual bottle.
