Brought my 2020 KW T680 with cruise control fault, check engine, ABS, and traction control problems. Waited 1 day. On the next, they got me in and found multiple broken wires in harness. I’ve been taking this truck all over, nobody could figure what’s wrong but these guys are true PROFESSIONALS. They checked the whole wiring from front to back, fixed, wrapped and secured it on frame how it’s supposed to be. Thank you very much, I truly appreciate your dedication, honesty and work!!

I bought my Truck from this Peterbilt Store please use my Salesman Todd Shockman he can get you financed to see Biz Card. I flew up to look at the 2018 Peterbilt 579 Mid Roof over. I got off the Airplane early morning at Mohammed Ali Airport and took Uber over. The Shop allowed me to use the Indoor Shop area bc it was raining outside. I looked over the Truck all morning to include Paperwork. Staff and team were professional. I returned days later after signing documents at my home dealership in Charlotte NC. If I could give this dealership 10 stars I would, I was under load and needed it bad. Truck would not shut off with key.Every one was stumped out side of dealership. Once checked in ,Service supervisor went to work on truck outside.was completed in 24 hours. Price was less than I expected Don't get any better than that. THANK YOU TLG!

This place has great customer service and I got a PM service pretty quick. The mechanics and customer service desk were very helpful on diagnosing some issues I had on my truck.

I came in with a regen problem and Jeff took care of me right away.

The Polishing company JCT DETAILING is at this location and they do amazing work!!! Check them out and get in contact with them to get the absolute best polishing quality!!!

If you're nice, they get you in and out of there pretty quickly. Small repairs skip large repairs, so if you have a small repair, it will be completed within 24ish hours.

I would like to take just a minute here to brag on everyone here at TLG of louisville not only for me but on the behalf of KEY OIL COMPANIES. First off we would like to say the service department has went above and beyond from the customer service of checking the truck in to all the mechanics in the shop. And also would like to say Tony in parts has been great to deal with when I have parts to order. My first experience with them months ago was less than perfect to say the least but every time I have been in for service since then they have always done a great job and got my truck in quickly sherry and Jeff in the service area took care of me on an oil leak issue I was having. They really went above and beyond to get the truck fixed right. I will keep bringing them business because they have continued to treat me well thanks guys!

Needed a quick regin and code clear on my T680 to get me home and to my wrench in Chicago. Called Jessie in service who was very accommodating. Got me right in, cleared my codes and forced a regin. I was on my way and the price was very reasonable...this place isn't ur typical stealer dealer!

They have very experienced and knowledgeable mechanics, specially Andrew Stalker is very friendly and professional Mechanic guy that Peterbilt Of Louisville Have. Foreman and the service desk lady are also very friendly.
