I walked into rue 21 in Clarksville mall, and the manager there I think she said her name was Rebecca was the sweetest person! She greeted me in right away and I just knew it was going to be a great shopping experience. She helped me find a whole outfit and even some really cute accessories 😍

I was looking last minute for a outfit to wear and decides to go to rue 21 over the weekend. I had a very pleasant experience and one of the employees, Preston. He was very helpful and actually helped me pick out the perfect shirt and jeans . I rarely have a great customer service experience this good so I decided to leave a review!! I’ll defend be back

Ellie, Rebecca, and Kennedy were extremely helpful. They went out of their way to get a pair of jeans off of a mannequin that was on a top shelf, they even got out the ladder, and we're so sweet! :)

That being said... they seemed to be stressed during the holidays.
One worker even seemed to be ill or ailing and still working... management needs to get better coverage as the clientele doesn't want to see overburdened workers. No one actually wants to shop in what appears to be sweatshop-like conditions. I really felt sorry for them.

Absolutely love this store, staff was amazing with helping me and other customers. This store has great deals on everything in the store almost everyday. All of the young employees they have working there are very helpful, making sure we're finding everything okay and being very polite. I would definitely recommend people to shop at this store, it would be a great shopping experience. It's truly one of my favorite stores.

Friendly, helpful staff! They have plus sizes in this store which is awesome, and a selection of jewelry and shoes. The prices are great and they always have sales. I love coming here and shopping

My favorite store in the mall! They have plus sized clothing, as well as regular. Process are very reasonable, clothing is true to size and quality merchandise! They also have foundations, shoes, accessories & makeup.
