Swizzle Dinner & Drinks

I would give the atmosphere 10 stars if possible - definitely try to sit on the wheel if it’s available. It turns slowly enough that you can ignore it if you want to, but the view cannot be beaten. We ate during sunset, and it was incredible. The food and service were also impeccable. Our waiter David took great care of us. The drinks were delicious - we tried the sting like a bee drink, an old fashioned that was delivered in a box of smoke, and a great flight of bourbon. Highly, highly recommend - well worth the cost. Parking was very easy in the garage below the hotel and cost $6 for the couple hours.

Incredible food, incredible views, incredible service! If it's a busy night it can be difficult to get your server / be a while before you place your order, but it was all well worth the wait! Make sure you're able to get a table in one of the rotating rooms. The food was all fantastic, our server was very friendly, and we had an incredible time. Two entrees (swizzle salad and the chicken breast), two appetizers (meatballs and potato gnocchi) and a dessert (blackout cake) came out to about $150 with tip.

Absolutely amazing experience. Can’t stop talking about it. Such a cool place, incredible food and the staff is above being on point! The foods not cheap and it’s totally worth it. A little dressier dress code- we were prepared for that based upon other reviews and photos. We had the potato gnocchi as an app and I wish I would’ve ordered it as a meal! It was so good! We had the Ribeye, Chilean bass and the sautéed mushrooms. We both had drinks and desert. Everything was 5 stars!

Swizzle is a great place to eat. The food was amazing. Our server, Christian provide us with everything we need and very prompt. The view was spectacular from the revolving floors. We will definitely be going back soon.

Had an excellent ($$$) dinner with a great view. When in Louisville, I definitely had to taste some local Bourbons. The Tomahawk Chop and Sea Bass were delicious. We would definitely recommend this for a nice dinner out.

Russell is awesome. He had great suggestions for drinks and dessert, and entertained us with his fun facts and sharing fun stories about his kids. He has a big heart and is very kind. We will come back next time we’re in Louisville!

The rotating dining areas were really cool, took a minute to get used to the feeling of that large of a space rotating every so slightly, but it was fun. Food and drinks were top notch, service was outstanding. There was something for everyone, we had steak, crab and primerib and everything was delicious! Save room for the chocolate cake!

My date and I went to Swizzle for dinner, little did i know I would become Mrs. Bruce Rogers!!! 🎉 The whole experience was perfect. our server, Brittany, put the “Aw in awesome” the “beauty in beautiful” and her service was top notch. she went above and beyond for us. She captured our sweet moment on video and took plenty of pictures.
The restaurant revolves about on the top floor of The Galt hotel and now my heart revolves around Bruce. what a special place to hold our forever memory
And of course the food was great 😊

Swizzle was absolutely amazing! Blew our expectations out of the water. The rotating dining rooms had views of the river and city that were stunning. Service was impeccable. Russell took care of us from start to finish- he is the best! Food was delicious, menu had a wide variety, and the wine/drink list was spectacular. We will be coming back! Highly recommend.

John Z was an amazing server! We arrived about 10 minutes late. We had to be at the center for the arts earlier than expected… he made our time crunch and still provided specialty moments to my granddaughter. Highly recommend to request John Z! We had a delicious filet perfectly prepared and amazing yummy chicken breast. The side of mushrooms very tasty!! We will return soon!!

Came here for a birthday dinner and it was an excellent experience! The views are amazing and service from Brittany was excellent. She even made sure to get a pic of us when we rotated to the perfect spot. Food was delicious, the gnocchi was our favorite, as well as Chilean sea bass. Will be coming back!

I recently visited the Swizzle Dinner & Drinks and I must say it was the perfect spot for a fancy dinner and drinks. The setting was simply breathtaking with stunning views of Louisville from the rooftop.

The first thing I noticed was the elegant decor which perfectly complemented the views. I was greeted warmly by the staff who showed us to our table and provided menu recommendations. Speaking of the menu the selection was top-notch. There were plenty of options from seafood dishes to vegetarian options all made with fresh high-quality ingredients.

We decided to try a few different dishes and share them which was made even more enjoyable by the attentive and friendly service of the staff. Each dish was presented beautifully and tasted even better than it looked. The cocktails were equally impressive with creative and delicious combinations that were perfect for sipping while taking in the views.

Of course the highlight was the ambiance. The rooftop restaurant provided a relaxing and sophisticated atmosphere with dim lighting and soft music. Coupled with the lovely breeze and impressive views it was the perfect spot for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends.

Overall I highly recommend Swizzle Dinner & Drinks for anyone looking for a memorable upscale dining experience. The service food ambiance and views were truly outstanding and made for an unforgettable evening.

Absolutely astounding. The view Swizzle Offers is like no other.

Upon getting off the elevator, when you approach the desk, you are immediately greeted by two very welcoming hosts. They let us get in and get seated within 5-10 minutes.

The waiter, Ramsey, was very welcoming as well. He gave very good recommendations, and was attentive to us. We had a party of 3 and went on a whim to the hotel to explore. I Was very impressed with his approach to everything.

We were very intrigued with spinning dining area. The view from our table was like no other. We did feel slightly underdressed with our street attire though.

The burger I had was good, but I think should have went with medium well instead of well done. That's why 4 stars on the food.

Thanks again for allowing us to come In so sudden. We really enjoyed the view and good hospitality.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Swizzle Restaurant and was fortunate enough to be served by Brittany, one of their exceptional waitresses. Not only was the food delicious, but Brittany's service was truly exceptional. She was attentive, friendly, and went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was nothing short of perfect. Her professionalism and genuine care for her customers truly elevated our meal. Swizzle Restaurant is lucky to have Brittany as a member of their team, and I highly recommend dining here for both the fantastic food and outstanding service Brittany provides.

I came for Vday for the first time. I loved the atmosphere it was very calm, and the service was good. The only problem was that the appetizer I ordered took a while to come out, but they didn't charge me for it for that reason alone, which was good. I recommend trying out the tomahawk porkchop if you're into that kind of food.

I’ve been to other steakhouse/high end restaurants in Louisville and Swizzle surpassed my expectations! The food and drinks were delicious and the view was spectacular! We started with calamari for appetizer and Sting Like a Bee, Razzle Dazzle and Float Like a Butterfly for drinks. Dinner was the Cedar Plank Roasted Salmon Filet, Cowboy Cut Ribeye Steak, Duck Fat Crusted Potatoes and Wild Mushrooms. The whole meal was topped off with a birthday piece of cake that was huge! Would definitely come back and recommend to others!

Everything was amazing at the restaurant the ambience, the view, the food to drink. It was all perfect and our server Faith, Definitely may just say five star experience the best server we have had in a long long time she’s a great asset to the company. Thank you Faith.

I made a reservation for my boyfriends birthday and this was the best decision ever. We luckily were seated in the rotating room with our server, Brittany, who is top tier. We started with the delicious calamari and the yummiest cocktails. We shared the platter of ribeye ,sirloin ,and strip with a side of fries which were made in heaven. As we rotated around the room, Brittany and the host offered to take pictures for us. Everyone was so kind and professional and the experience and food and drinks are 100% worth it. Probably looking at our new spot for special occasions. Thank you so much to everyone, especially 5 star Brittany, for making this a wonderful evening! OMG AND THE BANANAS FOSTER CHEESECAKE OOOOOKAAAAAY

I really loved this place. Everything from the panoramic penthouse views of the Ohio River to the chocolate cake was stellar! Service was excellent, and everyone was friendly. The food was delicious and the cocktails were fantastic. Definitely a great experience!

Took my son here for his 17th birthday. PERFECTION! Everything about our experience was extraordinary. As a business man that has ate at some of the finest restaurants around the world this was in my top 5. When making reservation request Brittany she was an added bonus that took our experience over the top. Our son will never forget this adventure while traveling through Louisville, KY. Portions are generous to say the least. I had the pork chop and the flavor and presentation was over the top. You may think it seems pricey however for the quantity and perfection it is worth it. Thank you Swizzle for making a very special young man's birthday GRAND.
