I was very fortunate to find Dr. Sullivan as my dentist. The office has a spa like appearance and is very clean. They truly care about you. Dr. Sullivan explains every step of the process and answers any questions you may have. He is very knowledgeable and skilled in his field. Because of his expert care I now have a beautiful and healthy smile. I would highly recommend Dr. Sullivan to anyone looking for veneers or Invisalign.

Wonderful office with the most caring staff. I love my dental home (and they make some darn good cookies!).

This is the best dental office! I always have a very pleasant experience there and everyone is so cheerful!

I've had a serious phobia of teeth and dentists since childhood. I had nightmares I won't go into, but that terrified me.

My insurance really only covered the dental school, which did very little to help with my phobia. The students can only take on what they're leaning about, so it wasn't a great option.

I did a little searching online and found Smiles4Oregon. They let you text them at any time and they send text reminders which is super helpful for my ADHD brain.

I set up an appointment to just see where I'm at and what I need done. The office itself is somewhat spa like in appearance. It's clean and sets you at ease.

They don't take insurance. But they have reasonable plans set in place for basic, family, and Perio work per year. The dentist worked with me, totaled up cost of what I would need outside their plans (I needed teeth pulled and a stay plate), then discounted the total! I set up a reasonable monthly autopay, and my next appointment.

Now I go in and my fear is gone. I'm not fearing the unknown and feeling out of control of my dental health. They really just keep working with you towards your goals and don't shame you for where you're at.

I of course also love the little cookies and gift bags.

This place is amazing. I have HUGE anxiety surrounding dental visits, and havent been in years. Dr. Sullivan and staff were able to assuage all of my concerns with a direct, friendly, flexible and patient centered plan on my first visit.

When I went to get my extractions completed I was extremely nervous, but Dr. Sullivan's calm demeanor and excellent bedside manner have made me a "forever patient". Thank you so much Smiles4Oregon! You guys are a total game changer!

This is my favorite dentist office ever. THE FRIENDLIEST staff, beautiful office, comfortable chairs, wonderful hygienist, great dentist. My young kids even like to go to this dentist & they are 3&7yo! As an added thank you, they send out every patient with fresh made cookies and a mini swag bag full of goodies. My kids walk out with tons of fun toys.

Dr. Sullivan is knowledgeable and he can relate to patients! I just made Smiles4Oregon my dental care home and I have to share what a pleasant experience I've had from the moment I walk in to even between visits! Smiles4Oregon truly cares about each person in their office and they want to make sure they do what's right for each individual. I had a great conversation with Dr. Sullivan on my first visit - I could actually relate to him. That's important when I visit a new healthcare professional, I want to make sure I can trust the person and I feel confident in Dr. Sullivan by his practice, dental experience and personality. Katie did a great job cleaning my teeth. She was attentive to my requests and to my personal experience while she was cleaning my teeth. Nancy set me up with my appointment and when I arrived, there was a personalized gift bag for me. I really appreciate Smiles4Oregon's attention to detail, professionalism and care!

Best dentist and dental practice I have used. They teach other practices how to do dentistry right. I have had dental phobia - but never here. High quality all around. Recommend to everyone.

We switched to Dr. Sullivan's office and absolutely LOVE them !! They really do treat you like family, the office staff are wonderfully nice and easy going. The dental hygienists are VERY friendly, with great hands and they are so good about telling you what is going to happen and what they are doing next. As far as the dentist, Dr. Sullivan himself is WONDERFUL !!! he is very helpful, knowledgeable and not pushy or short (like some dentists can be) he is just friendly, and really goes out of his way to do what you need or want. My husband is not fond of dentists and has always hesitated with our previous locations, but with Dr. Sullivan, he actually called himself and made an appointment, THAT says a lot, plus my husbands work schedule can be hectic, and this office and Dr. Sullivan have gone above and beyond out of their way to accommodate him and his hectic schedule. This is now our new dentists, we are SO glad to have found him !!!

I highly recommend a visit to this dental practice. Dr.Sullivan truly cares about his patients and you feel it as soon as he introduces himself and begins to assess your dental needs. Nancy, who is married to Dr.Sullivan, touched my heart and helped me overcome my anxiety about my dental needs. The pure kindness of this company by offering to help people restore their smile after a traumatic event (s) solidifies to me that this world does have talented people who want to solve dental issues that many of us can not afford and carry shame over our situations. Their paying it forward belief has touched my heart and helped me restore my self worth. I would tell anyone to visit their website and make an appointment. I feel blessed to be in their care.

Dr. Sullivan has done great by my teeth (hires really good hygienists too), and Nancy is possibly the kindest human ever! She also makes going to the dentist feel like going to the spa (glass of wine, calming music, serene lighting). I have never been a fan of dental visits, but I actually look forward to seeing the folks here. :)

I had an amazing and welcoming experience with the WHOLE staff here at Smiles4Oregon! As soon as I walked in, the ladies upfront were very warm and friendly. Any questions or concerns I had were answered thoroughly without the feeling of pressure or embarrassment. During my procedure Dr.John and his assistant Alana were very perceptive to my body language, when I expressed my anxiety, and my overall reaction with compassion. Nancy made the financial aspect especially smooth with their AWESOME in-house financing. I’m leaving 5 stars ONLY because I am not able to leave MORE! I have never said this statement before but, I am excited for my next dentist appointment with Smiles4Oregon!!!

I have been a patient at Smiles4Oregon since 2016. This review is way overdue. John, Nancy and Katie are wonderful people who are very good at what they do. I have always been pleased with their services, including cleanings, x-rays, and recommendations on how I can take better care of my teeth. Their warm and friendly. I have a special shout-out to Katie, Smiles extraordinary dental hygienist. In addition to be a gifted at her work, she is always happy. She has the best laugh and always laughs at my jokes. How many people can say they've actually had fun getting their teeth cleaned? I can. Every time I sit in her chair! Thanks for making me "Smile," Katie.

This is going to be long, sorry.
My teeth were in a very bad state when I finally took the step to come here. I have a severe phobia of medical offices, and talking on the phone (one of the main reasons I decided to come here was because they text!). I hadn’t been to a dentist in years and because I have been low income for most of my life, even when I did go to the dentist, I wasn’t necessarily given correct cleanings or taken care of. My first impression when I walked in (nearly a year ago) was that it smelled like cookies. The waiting room felt like a friends living room and the reading material that was out was actually interesting and really funny! When they took me back, Dr. Sullivan never once said the words “you should have come sooner”. Which probably would’ve given me a panic attack. When it was time to make a plan to fix my teeth (after a very thorough consultation including I think 13 x-rays?), the woman that helped me pick a plan was kind and understanding and made me feel like I wasn’t overreacting or pathetic when I cried over how much money it was going to cost, and they even offered a one year repayment plan with monthly payments, and no interest. Dr. Sullivan took my fear of needles seriously, used a topical numbing agent before using the needle, and warned me to close my eyes whenever the needle was going to come into view. My fillings look like my actual teeth! I didn’t think that was even possible.

I can’t say enough good things about smiles for Oregon, I really can’t. If you’ve got phobias and you’re looking for a dentist, look no further, this is the place for you just like it was the place for me.

I have had several services for myself and my husband at this wonderful place! I can tell you they have always acted above and beyond my expectations and have always been so welcoming to our needs.

They were extremely helpful in my spouses periodontal therapy and chronic sleep apnea.

I even felt comfortable in letting them perform a pinhole surgery.

They have even be able to work with me last minute on my personal dental emergency and I am very grateful for their hospitality and desire to relieve stress before holidays and vacation.

I highly suggest to come here if you need high quality service and care. I truly cannot thank them enough!
