I went in a little later in the day, about an hour before closing, with a ton of questions. They were so patient and even stayed late to get everything working and within my budget. They even found I was paying too much with an old plan and got me more for less. Thank you Alex and Erin your customer service skills are amazing!

Staff are very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed working with Lynn and Trent to setup a business account ensuring I had just the services I need and Charles was great at helping me migrate my existing lines over to Verizon.

Just went and added our daughter to our plan. I wish I would've gotten the reps name who helped us. She was amazing in answering all of our questions. She understood all of my teen daughters wishes, helped us get our account to match our budget, all while adding a line and upgrading another. She was patient and friendly and just made whats normally a "not exciting" adventure, much more tolerable. And fast!! It's a Saturday afternoon and she was the only one working at the time. Since I don't remember her name. Very pleased with the service we received.

There was 5 people waiting while I was being helped and he was also helping another costumer at the same time. He gave great costumer service. He also didn’t get a lunch because there was no one there to help him.i give him 10 stars.

iPad had gone dead. I didn’t need to buy anything today, but you can bet that’s where I’ll return for all my future tech needs!👍👏

I usually dread going to a Verizon store or any other phone company but Michael has changed our view in a big way! He was professional, friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful!!! We are so impressed that we wanted to give him a tip but he declined and said that “just doing my job and I enjoy helping our customers “

Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at this store. The gentleman who helped me was awesome and I didn’t spend 3 hrs there like other times!

Loved that the store was open after 5 PM. Jessica was personable and knowledgeable. Purchased new phone and swapped out the old one. She managed to transfer all of my data fairly quickly. She helped get set up on the new phone and made the experience enjoyable. Thanks very much to Jessica and thanks to her manager also for his help also.

Robby zandbergen stayed at least 45 min late to make sure we had a phone if there was more stars we would give more great service

We came in 30 minutes to closing. Hoping to add my wife to the account so that she could come take care of things while I was at work the next day. They added her and got my phone upgraded within 45 minutes. (15 minutes past closing). Both Alex and Michael were very nice and beyond helpful. Thank you guys for the help!!!

A couple weeks ago, my friend and I went to the beach while she was visiting on vacation. She lost her phone in the ocean only an hour into our trip. We came to this store to get her a new phone, Michael was the one who helped us and was extremely nice and also had a great sense of humor. Helped her to choose the right color of phone plus even picked out the perfect case! If I lived closer I’d make this my home store! Side note if Michael sees this, thanks for the food recommendation that macaroni was killer!!

Michael rocked! I went in to the store with a grumpy attitude that my phone died, and my carrier wasn't offering promos. He switched me over, offered a similar monthly plan, and a discount on a new phone. Even offered cheaper wifi, all without pressure. I'd go back. He did everything I needed and was easy to small talk with while everything transferred between phones. As painless phone store process as possible.

Alex was amazing! 10/10 experience! Despite the store not carrying iPhones with 512gb, I wasn’t even bothered by it because of the way my needs were all addressed and met by Alex! The whole crew that was working were personable and entertaining and made it an enjoyable time for me as I got my new phone, Apple Watch, paid my bill and paid off my old device. Alex was extremely knowledgeable and personalized my experience by recommending accessories based on my lifestyle and sensory needs! A+++++

Staff was extremely knowledgeable about products and ongoing promotions. They helped quickly replace my stolen phone, and update my plan to be less expensive.

Very pleased with my experience here. It was the fastest I have ever been able to walk in and out of a Verizon related business with a new phone. Alexander was a pleasure to deal with and knew his products and services down to the T. The only ding and wasn't their fault at all, was that they are very limited on their instore products, but can quickly get get product from Portland.

All in all, I walked out very pleased

The store was really busy. For only having 2 employees on a Saturday, Alex and the other associate had it handled. Alex took his time to make sure we understood what our options were, and what benefits would work best odor us.
