Angie was the person I worked with. She was knowledgeable and went out of her way to make sure I had all the information I needed to make an informed decision. She was very nice and seemed to be interested in what I needed. She was a true pleasure to talk to. She told me that if I had any questions or concerns of any kind, she would do what was necessary to make it right. I love this customer service, I will definitely be back when I need another mattress.

Angie made buying a bed a good experience. My husband was dreading it as I am a self professed Princess and have a terrible time making decisions. She helped us through with a sense of humor and it took so much less time than we had thought that it would. We are very much looking forward to not sleeping in a hole and we have Angie to thank for it. Highly recommend.

Angie did a great job! She knew exacly which bed i needed within the first 5 minutes of me walking in but lead me through the whole experience with patience. Not only do i have the best bed ive ever owned, she also made sure to fit my budget.

At 9am, running on no sleep, and in desperate need of a budget friendly mattress, I came to Mattress Firm here in Redmond. No joke, I was greeted, quizzed, and taken right to the mattress that fit every need within 2min. Within 10min I was out the door and planning the rest of the day. Efficient, kind, and down to earth...I highly recommend their sales person Angie to anyone needing some honesty, compassion, and professionalism.

It was great, I was allowed as much time as I needed to make a decision I was comfortable with! And it took awhile. People coming n going and never once did I feel neglected or hurried.

Great selection of numerous brands of mattresses. Everything from ultra high-end Purple mattresses to budget friendly Nectars.

Staff was exceptionally helpful, very friendly, and not at all pushy. They made the buying experience very easy and informative. Angie and Vel are top notch, they were even able to be helpful and friendly while dealing with many other customers in the store during the last day of a black Friday sale. They explained all of the costs upfront, the interest rates for financing, and slung a couple extra great deals at me I couldn't pass up.

I left feeling very satisfied with my purchase and look forward to the delivery. Delivery times are also very acceptable, way faster than the month it takes to get a bed in a box online!

JP was absolutely wonderful. Very knowledgeable and was happy to answer any questions we had. He allowed us to hop from bed to bed explaining pros and cons of each. JP had incredible patience with us and made sure we were 100% happy with what we were about to purchase, all while working with our budget. Thank you JP, you were great!

They had a decent selection of mattresses and knew what they were talking about, very friendly, helped us check out all the mattresses and we went home with one that we loved and was affordable.

Great place to get a mattress! Jessica was an awesome sales rep and helped us with all our mattress needs. She was great with my daughter too! Financing was quick and no interest plans! Delivery is quick and they can even dispose of your old mattress for a great price. They have a wonderful return policy and warranties that last up to 10 years! I highly recommend getting your new mattress here. Especially if you don't know what you want, or don't know where to start.
