Panda Express

Neat looking panda express. Ordered a bigger plate and the food tasted good and fresh... Wish they served more though. They have restrooms as well. Overall, this panda express is clean, and you can now order inside as well.

This is the first time in a long time that the orange chicken and the meal was freshly cooked and outstanding. If you have a new Chef he's doing an excellent job.

This has to be the best quality Panda I've ever been to! I moved to Central OR from the greater Portland area and the food at this location is always on point (not the case with other locations)!

The drive thru can be difficult because I like to see/know what is ready, how the veggies look before I decide, and their menu/sign doesn't always have the correct info. I've also noticed when I ask about "plain chicken breast" they tell me they don't do that, but what they do have is teriyaki chicken with no sauce (note: it's plain chicken breast lol).

I now go inside, and wait patiently to be helped as they're very Very busy all the time, and as is the nature of fast food, drive thru takes priority. I am much happier doing that as long as I go in with realistic expectations. Inside is always clean, professional, and I even see at times what I assume is the manager or some sort of upper sales team on a laptop busy at a table, jump in to help out when they can.

Employees are always nice, professional, and smile like they don't hate their job. Not typical these days in fast food joints, in my experience, understandably.

Kayla the manager was great, she is very good at solving problems at the store and was nice and helpful when I came in for food!!

Customer service was absolutely amazing, food was hot and delicious! Huge line when we got there but it moved really fast (horrid drive thru design)

Love panda… my favorite is there orange chicken…

I love panda no complaints my fav is the walnut shrimp and sesame chicken

Good food and decent prices. Can't complain.

My family & I (of 6) came here to have dinner, all 6 ordered missed 1 entree & everything was literally thrown together. I nearly got ripped off $20+.

Love the food. My fortune cookie even had a fortune this time.

I like that I can split the side and get half veggies and half chow mein.

Love this panda, great food and has never got my order wrong and since my order is usually simple they always pack it full!

No line. 8:20pm. We ordered in the drive thru. My husband was not sure what to order. The person talking to us was polite and patient. The food was what we expect from ❤Panda so yummy.

Drive thru was pretty backed up, but we got through really quick and the order was perfect even though they were busy!

I just want to say thank you to the cook(s) tonight 2/9/21 at 6:30 p.m. We get the family meal every so often and this was the BEST by far. Usually it’s over cooked. Tonight’s was great! Thank you and good job!

Food and service were both great. Restaurant was very clean. We had to wait for two dishes to get finished cooking but we were willing to wait. Staff was friendly and they brought us out food when it was ready. Great for a quick (doesn't feel like fast food) meal.

there food is always hot ,fresh, and customer service is very nice, and friendly. come here with my son once a week .drive 15miles.thank you for making my trip worth it.

Panda express Redmond has the best chef in the panda chain Bailey keep doing what you do! Not to forget the best server in the panda chain Julia. There was a lil wait but that's not a problem knowing my food is coming super fresh. Skye keep up the good work u have a great crew please keep them together & happy.

Food was great as always. It is our go too after a day of shopping. We stopped at the Prineville wetlands and had a picnic in the shaded pavilion.
