Sleep Inn & Suites

We came to Redmond for the holidays and were expecting to stay with family. After an unexpected family emergency we ended up staying here for the week instead. This place is great for the price, location, amenities, and service. It was quiet and clean and the staff was great! The public house across the parking lot had great food and drinks to boot.

For a thanksgiving that wasn’t very great, staying here was the highlight of the trip and I would definitely stay here again.

Really can't say enough good things. Place was quiet, there is take-out food, and grocery options nearby. There is a nice pub across the parking lot. Wi-fi was excellent and room was fairly comfortable with nice amenities.

Loved our stay. Rooms were immaculate. Front desk staff extremely nice. And, morning breakfast of eggs, potatoes, sausages, toast with hot coffee & OJ were delicious. Oh & don't forget the yogurt, waffles, danish, biscuits & gravy & cereal. We'll stay again for sure.

Great rooms in the price range. Lovely surroundings for walking dogs. Not super busy or crowded like other parts of Redmond have become. Staff very friendly. Breakfast is great, especially if you like scrambled eggs, biscuits & gravy, waffles. Also other stuff. Very comfortable stay while attending the dog show.

This place was amazing! I had a very rough few days my vacation was cut short by my mom being hospitalized, in a place that we didn't know where we were. In between home and our destination and the customer service here was amazing. They had no problem letting me check in early and check out late. It was very clean the pool was wonderful the breakfast was wonderful and I would like to thank each and every person that works here. I would have gave this place a million stars if I could And if I ever get the opportunity I will be back thank you again.

This place was a dream… very comfortable rooms, the staff was friendly and very helpful, and the breakfast had more variety, and better taste, than any of the other 9 places we stayed in on our extended trip. Nice sayings on the wall, great lotions and shampoo in the rooms.. so many other little extras.. I would definitely go to Sleep Inn again.

Pleasantly surprised at how nice this Inn is. Hot tub and pool are great too. We took a walk through the neighborhood behind the inn, too.

Stayed for almost two weeks on business. Good, clean, well-appointed rooms with spacious bathrooms. Microwave, mini fridge, and single cup coffee maker in the room. Iron, ironing board, and suitcase stand in closet. Desk with a good office chair and desk lamp with a USB plug.
Friendly, hard-working staff keeps it very clean.
Great breakfast with waffles, eggs, potatoes, fruit, sausage or ham, biscuits and gravy, cereal, anything you put in a toaster, juice, and fresh coffee.
The pool is on the small side, but indoors and open year round and the hot tub was very welcome as I work a physical job.
The only thing I didn't like was that the free toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion) are not very good quality, nice scent though.

The best place to stay in Redmond. Byron and staff are amazing. Phillip the driver is so nice . Breakfast bar is awesome right down to the handmade waffles. Close to the airport and Redmond caves. Even homemade cookies at night. I will miss this place thanks for the hospitality.

I stay at a lot of hotels for work. This hotel has is beautiful, well put together, and has friendly staff. Phillip was very helpful and the desk staff were excellent as well!

We recently spent a night at the Sleep Inn & Swuites in Redmond, Oregon. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed a nice soak in the hot tub after a day of traveling. The staff was very courteous, especially the staff member who was running the breakfast area. The pumpkin flavored waffles in the breakfast area were an unexpected treat! We will definitely stay here again when we are back in Redmond!!

This is a nice and clean hotel at a good location. The night audit and day front desk staff are friendly and professional. The breakfast is decent and the lady who works in the breakfast area does a good job. Nice pool and hot tub. The housekeeping staff are very nice. The airport shuttle driver is friendly too and he came quickly. I have no complain about this hotel and will stay here again.

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night while rock climbing at Smith Rock State Park. Service was prompt and friendly, there were cookies available upon check-in, and the lobby had a pleasant citrus aroma. Not an eye was batted at our scruffy appearance upon arrival. The room was clean, and cozy. The pillows were a point of contention, as they were very thick and fairly small, but the bed was super comfy otherwise. We did make a visit to the pool and hot tub area as well, and while the spa wasn't the hottest I've ever been in, it was still nicely warm. The shower area in the pool room was a nice touch. Speaking of showers, the shower in the room was nice and roomy, with great pressure, but there was no curtain as the shower was in a vestibule-type thing and it made the shower slightly drafty. Breakfast was your standard powdered eggs affair, but tasty enough. Quick check out. We did hear someone use the bathroom in the next room over once, but that was the only time we heard our neighbors. Definitely will be visiting again!

I made reservations for this hotel 2 months ago and was told i could have a shuttle pick me up at 3:30 am to take me to the airport. When i arrived that was not the case. The manager on duty siad the he would call and drive and ask if he would do it, if not he would find a taxi and the hotel would pay for it. The shuttle driver said he would pick us up. Flight changed to 1 pm thank goodness. The hotel was very nice, clean and the rooms were beautiful. Breakfast was very good. I will definitely stay again!

Front desk attendants were very pleasant, room was clean and quiet. Facilities we're well maintained. Fitness center was however small and tough to make large movements in (though otherwise good, had water and towels).

We enjoyed our stay here. The location is easy to find and the hotel very new with food and shopping within walking distance. Staff at the front desk is exceptionally friendly and helpful.

Our room was spotless, the indoor pool clean, and the breakfast room is large and well stocked with the standard continental breakfast items. This is a definite stay-again hotel for us.

Great hot tub, excellent breakfast. If you are traveling with pets ,this is the place, after being on the road for a few hour ,coming to town to run business and coming back to a nice comfortable bed, ist feel amazing,.

Probably unbeatable quality for price in this region as far as hotels go.

Our first time in Central Oregon and ended up booking a stay here during July 4th weekend.

The hotel is conveniently located in Redmond. A welcome respite when driving from Portland. 10 minute drive to Smith Rock. A launching point to visit the attractions in all directions.

There is easy parking. The room is super clean. Fridge and microwave. The beds are comfortable. Because of the ongoing pandemic, the breakfast system is done well and a very important perk considering many places have stopped breakfast entirely or only cold - you go downstairs and someone will give you what you want from the menu - cereal, breakfast sandwich, coffee, etc in a bag.

There is an Italian restaurant basically in the same parking lot that we ordered pickup from and it was convenient, fast, and tasty.
