Good selection and friendly service

Employees have always been friendly and communicative here, and usually knowledgeable about modern video games. I've spent anywhere from minutes to hours in this small store just talking to employees, and even other customers. Been a shopper at this GameStop since even before their old Smash Bros for the Wii U tournaments!

This place is awesome. Staff is always ready to help and give suggestions for new games and how to save money. Wish I could work here, it seems like a awesome place to work.

Great, they are helpful and knowledgeable about any topic I call or stop in for. Even helped show me the coupons that not only saved me money but sent me away with an EXTRA $25 gift card for our next visit.

Are eight year old son wanted to purchase his own Nintendo switch we paid for half he pulled the money out of his bank account and paid for the other half he took about 45 minutes to get everything he wanted and everybody in the store was extremely helpful to him it was probably the best experience he's ever had in a game store thank you so much GameStop in Redmond Oregon for being there for my eight year old son!!

The atmosphere is positive here most of the time. GameStop here tends to have some good items every now and then. Definitely a place to spend a bit of your time in! However, sometimes I find it unbelievable how low trade value can be on things... Just a nit-pick of mine, otherwise, I really enjoy this place! I'd give this place four stars, but there's an employee there named Jesse. He's an awesome guy, positive attitude and very enthusiastic! If it weren't for him, I probably wouldn't have returned to this GameStop!

There's always someone there who understands games and gamers! I walked in wearing cosplay today, and everyone in the shop, customers and employees alike, all recognized it. I'm afraid to have normal conversations with strangers, but I feel like I can start a conversation on any game when I go

Friendly staff, always willing to help you find what you want. I like how you can get in-store credit or cash ( a slightly lower amount than the in-store credit ). They have great discounts with their memberships. They have limited stock of older games but great selection over all.

Rave: Redmond GameStop. Even though they were packed someone came to us and let us know about the sales. Our cashier was great as well (have had her ring us up before and she’s always awesome). Very impressed. I have been to lots of GameStop’s throughout the years and this is the best. Great job.

Awesome place to go for games and prices are great! The best part was the employees who knew their stuff! They were sooo helpful on picking out a game for my 8yr old boy. Will definitely be back.

Bought a Gears 5 special edition collectible there for my kids and when i got it home i noticed parts were missing. I called the store and jesse the store manager acted quickly and had a replacement sent to the house just before Christmas...super happy with customer service dont ever close.

Always a good experience here. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable of course. Must be busy this Christmas as shelves were a little bare compared to normal. Lol

My son and I love this store and mainly because of Reagen! Shes helpful and kind and a joy to work with. I hope the owners know just how valuable she is!

I went in for a copy of Pokémon Shield along with my nephews to pick something out for them. The staff (Amber) was so helpful and patient while waiting for my indecisive nephews to pick something to take home. Always a positive experience going into this Gamestop. Thanks amber!

Every time that I have been there I see a game I want to play weather your into first person shooter, cars, farms, bikes, fantisy, whatever!!!!! They got all the good stuff! I personally like battlefield 3 and 4 maps

The employees that work there have always been very helpful and knowledgeable about almost every game that I inquire about. And you just can't beat GameStop's used games return policy. I've been going to gamestop for all of my games for years and don't plan on stopping anytime soon.
