I live in Bend, but the Walgreens here was such a mess today that I drove to the Redmond store, Even arriving less than ten minutes before they closed, Casey and Alyson could not have been kinder or more professional to me.They absolutely saved my day!! THANK YOU!!!

Every time I get my prescription they are so quick and helpful. Yes their lines are long but who cares? Whenever I’m the next in line they take care of me quickly and for that I much appreciate them! Thanks Walgreens Pharmacy staff! You guys rock! We know everyone is so understaffed right now and you guys are taking it like champs! 5 stars!

The employees on-staff at this Walgreens are under intense pressure from piss poor management, extremely low wages, throw in extremely rude customers and the moral is horrible. Walgreens corporation sent an email to them telling them to cut hours of all staff. So be nice to these awesome people they are doing the best they can!

I really feel sorry for the staff. Customers are irresponsible , impatient ... flat out bullies. Every time. They obtain help. These drama Karen's scare them off . #@%& you for being part of the problem.

The problem with the huge lines and the customer frustration is the covid testing they do.
Let the hospitals and clinics handle it and then it's back to business as it was intended for Walgreens

They rarely answered my call. On hold for 15 minutes the a girl answered with yeah. I told her I needed to lnow of a script wad ready. She said with a sigh. Just a minute. She didn't have on hold because I heard them talking in the background. Finally came back on the phone. Said my order had been entered twice. They would have it done in 20 minutes. I was sent in yesterday at 2 p.m. it is now 2;30 p.m. I'm out of there

Not blaming the staff, but the management or lack there of. Shelves and floor are filthy. No pride. I get being short handed, but fix it or close the store. Average hour wait for Rx inside or out. One poor little gal taking all the heat. Not right.

Walgreens needs to pay higher wages so they can attract more staff. Instead, they have decided to reduce service hours because they don't have enough staff. It is resulting in huge customer inconvenience. After so many years as a customer, I'm seriously thinking about switching all my Rx to Fred Myer. At least I can pick them up after work there in the evening.

Prescription called in. More than 24 hours later it was ready. Why so long?!?!
