Safeway, love the deals! However, tonight I was very disappointed in the fresh baked apple pie. It was very tangy, not at all what I am used to from the bakery department. Also, the tub of Lucerne vanilla ice cream I bought had tiny bits of plastic inside. After examining the tub we found that it must have been dropped and cracked all the pieces inside. Maybe a word of advice to the stocking employees to be more considerate. They shouldn’t be placing damaged goods back. Thanks Safeway! I’m looking forward to better days.

Stopped by to grab something real quick and though I struggled to find the item, eventually I found it right where it should be. Used self checkout and the scanner quit working but received immediate and friendly help.

Safeway in Redmond; Dawn the evening manager was awesome! Great customer service! She went above and beyond and I really appreciate it! They are always kind and helpful! I will shop there because I feel like they care about customers. Thank you Safeway for hiring such good people.

WOW! I have shopped at many Safeways throughout my years and I have to say this was the best experience I have had while
Checking out. Safeways in general are always very organized and well stocked, but the checkout can be hit or miss (Bend) but I visited the Redmond Safeway and went through a fabulous checkers line, her name was Monika. She was so kind and can hold a great conversation! She was informative in regards to coupons and even helped me sign up for the Safeway club card explaining to me that there are always great deals. Thanks to her I saved a decent chunk of change. I’m surprised the checkers at the Bend locations don’t mention your club card. I will drive the additional 20 minutes just to come through her line and to visit this location. Thank you for the great experience.

I just had the best customer service! I had ordered a delivery online but was provided with 2 ham lunch meats, rather than 1 ham and 1 turkey. I came by the local Redmond store and was helped by Makenzie and she was great! I didn't even have to go through the checkout line for the exchange. Whoop whoop for her!

Nice grocery store just down the road from me. They usually have what I'm looking for.

The florist department is top notch.

I like to shop at this store. They never treated me unfairly during the time of masks and supported my right to breathe free and I'll never forget that. Also, today a very nice worker there named Tammy S. out of the goodness of her own heart offered to help assist my mom who suffers from Alzheimer's using the restroom at their store when she saw I was struggling to explain to my mom I'd be waiting for her outside the bathroom. I make sure to shop there as well because I absolutely appreciate how they donate to food banks in the Central Oregon area here and more times than I can count practically I have eaten their food when we really needed help with food that they had donated. They in my experience have clean restrooms and the staff is always really nice and I feel like their prices are competitive and they have sales often. Thank you again I really appreciate your store and God bless you guys. Also, I want to mention I'm almost 40 years old and the first time we came over here to visit Eagle Crest the local vacation resort with my father who has since went to be with the Lordt, this store was there and it is like a pillar of the community in Redmond

I work nights so Safeway being open until midnight works great for me.

I have to write about Memori in the bakery. SHE'S AMAZING! She made my daughter's 2nd birthday extra special.🌸
She made her birthday and smash cakes just how I pictured them in my head. Safeway DEFINITELY doesn't deserve her.
If anyone is needing a cake designed for any occasion I would ask for Memori.

Great selection, good prices, a great pharmacy, and quick cashiers. Though, not all of them are the friendliest of people. Still, a great place to shop in Redmond.

I found what I wanted which was brown mushrooms. It was on sale for $3.00. I saved $0.49. They say you need to buy 2 boxes for the savings, but I scanned in the first one and I got the discount. I really didn't need the second box of mushrooms. That's all I needed today. Check Safeway out!

Last minute need fora veggie tray for Thanksgiving. Had purchased one here the week prior for a baby shower. Fresh and looked amazing. Guests loved it. They were continually putting out more trays and were well stocked on one of the busiest days for groceries of the year.

Safeway's got to be the best when it comes to the pharmacy, the pharmacist is very knowledgeable and he's like a friend when it comes to helping me out with knowing my medications

Good selection of items/groceries but prices are a little higher than Walmart or Fred Meyer. This location has a Starbucks which is nice. Bathrooms aren’t the cleanest though…

I have shopped at Safeway Stores for quite some time and I love to shop at Safeway Stores! We moved to Redmond Oregon almost 7 years ago and I do most of out grocery shopping there! We also use the Pharmacy! We stopped at Safeway for 40 years in Issaquah, WASHINGTON

I am so used to Safeway and the layout ,that it’s difficult to go anywhere else. I like their Signature Brand products. The wine is a good bargain too. I really wish they had a gas station at the Redmond Store

I love Safeway. It's the only place I'll still get chips or soda (when they are on sale). Their produce is appealing and they actually staff cashiers.
