Expert Roofing replaced the roof on my carport and home. Tyler was excellent to work with from the initial inspection to presenting me with the proposal for replacement. Jamie the crew supervisor was excellent too, he kept me updated with all changes as Expert was able to get my roof installed sooner than initially anticipated. Tyler and Jamie were always willing to answer my many questions I had as this was my first big project as a homeowner. My new roof looks great on my carport and home! I would highly recommend Expert Roofing they will take great care of you and do excellent work.

We had an excellent experience with Expert Roofing. They are a small, family-owned company. The communication was "Great", because when we had a couple of issues that came up, Jamie jumped on it right away and took care of them, unlike another bigger company that we used last summer that lacked communication when something did come up. Tyler, the sales rep, was really good at his job and kept us informed also. I would recommend Expert and use them again!

When we faced challenges with our solar panel provider, Expert Roofing proactively found a cost-friendly company, managing the removal and reinstallation seamlessly. Starting with the comprehensive and informative proposal submitted by Tyler and continuing through the actual work supervised by Jaimie, they were competent and honest throughout. Tyler and Jaimie were very easy to deal with, and the roof looks great!

I recently got a roof inspection and quote for a roof replacement. Tyler came out and did a very thorough inspection of my attic and roof when most companies i got inspections only did the roof. Gave me a very detailed explanation on what could be my problem of my leaking roof also did great job of explaining about their products he was very attentive gave me check up text couple days later. Even though i did not accept the bid due to budget reasons i would recommend this company.

Such a professional company! Every phone call was answered quickly and by a friendly, live person. The inspectors and salespeople were extremely knowledgeable and gave us an extensive amount of time answering all our questions and explaining their products and processes. I contacted five references who previously had work done by Expert Roofing and every one gave a positive review. Don’t hesitate to contact this company. These folks are not fly-by-night and they offer a quality product delivered by well-trained, competent staff.

Thank you Chris and Expert Roofing! ER returned my call in short order and gave a timely and competitive estimate. The communication process with Chris was excellent. Plenty of text messages to communicate when ER would arrive for the repair and what to expect when they arrived in terms of scope of repairs and the materials used. I would definitely recommend Expert Roofing and will call them in the future first if roofing needs arrise.

We just had a big job finish with Expert Roofing (ER) -- removal of old cement tile, some non-trivial construction, and changes to the roof slopes in certain places, plus all new shingle on multiple buildings. The initial consultations were easy and we felt that Scott / ER understood the scope of the project and what we wanted. They were communicative, they cleaned up after themselves, and (modulo weather), worked hard to complete the job before the real rainy season started. Overall, great experience and would recommend.

One caveat: ER offers financing through a third party bank 'Enerbank' -- read the fine print on the loan terms if you go that route ... they're not what anyone would consider favorable -- go in eyes wide open.

Chris White from Expert Roofing came to look at where I had been having a leak in my garage. He was very methodical in his checking. Then he went up on the roof and spent 20-30 minutes. He could not find a source for the leak, but since it happened during the ice storm, he said he'd been seeing ice damming, which is when ice begins to thaw under the ice but the water has no where to go but down, finding the slightest hole or crack. This explanation made sense to me and also his other comments about my roof were truth
. Expert Roofing has outstanding customer service, beginning with Debbie on the phone, and Chris was most polite and considerate. His communication skills are superb! A++++

Well, I just can't enough how happy I am with Tyler and Jamie. Tyler was so very nice, he explained everything to me down to the very littlest details, and he was very patient with me. Jamie was also so very nice, he kept me informed on all the delays and that was very important to me, and thank him enough, your company is awesome!!!!

Now that we have lived with our new roof for some weeks we wanted to tell you that our experience with Expert Roofing was one of the most professional and pleasant we have had in renovating our home. Throughout the entire project we noted their extreme attention to detail, safety and respect for our property and were very grateful for keeping us informed of every concern and change as they occurred. All this done under the most unreliable weather conditions!

Our experience with Expert Roofing was positive. We had a roof installed over our patio as well as rot repair in one area of the house roof. The guys involved from the beginning were responsive, informative and super nice.

We have used Expert Roofing multiple times. They have always been professional and prompt. Their work has been excellent. Chris White and his fellow workers were here on time, they gave great explanations of the work needed, and were upfront about the cost. Deadline expectations were met. Chris was very personable, and went out of his way to make us feel comfortable. We will continue to use them in the future.

This is no ordinary roofing company. I had a tricky project with a 16-sided roof, and the finished roof is first-rate. The workmanship is superb, and every component is top quality. Not only that, I felt like they were with me every step of the way. Every person I interacted with was ethical and caring, and treated me like a real person. I've used various roofing contractors in the past, but I will only use Expert Roofing from now on.

I loved my experience with this company. We had them do both roof and deck work. They were completely willing to work with my schedule and communicated with us at every step. If something changed we knew before they proceeded, no surprises. We especially appreciated the clean up job they did. Not a stray nail or shingle scrap to be found. We will be recommending them to our friends.

I have not had any services performed by Expert Roofing yet, but earlier today I met with Taylor to evaluate my leaking roof situation in order to provide an estimate with best possible options going forward. We are in the zone where the roof has aged and is just starting to show some signs of needing replacement, but immediately we have a leak that needs addressed. I was concerned that a roofing company may take a look at our situation and only quote and/or pressure us into defaulting to a new roof. Taylor listened to my thoughts and validated my reasoning for repair at this time, and was happy to provide options for both repair and replacement. I can tell he really knows his trade and was super easy to talk to. I am looking forward to our bid and hopefully securing services provided by Expert Roofing. I'd also like to mention that out of the three local companies I contacted, Expert has been the only one to answer their phone and was able to have someone out to take a look two days later. Excellent service so far!

Working with Chris at Expert Roofing has been a delightful experience. He's very knowledgeable, unfailingly polite, kept us updated with texts about arrival times, always punctual, conscientious, friendly, and a joy to work with. We had a leak coming through our bathroom light fixture those days when it rained nonstop for a week. When Chris came out to give us an estimate, he even did some work (no charge) to waterproof it until our scheduled work date. He goes above and beyond. We're immensely pleased with our experience with Chris and Expert Roofing Services and highly recommend them to everyone.

I just want to start off by saying I am not posting this review on behalf of the company I work for (I will not be mentioning the company), who requested I reach out to get an estimate for a roof repair/replacement. This is specifically my own personal review of my encounter with the company.

When Expert roofing showed up, they were on time, and even called an hour before coming to confirm their arrival, which was great, as a lot of business don't usually do that (at least in my personal experience). I took them out and showed them what I needed fixed/replaced etc., the fellows, who I believe are named Taylor and Seth were very professional and spent a good portion working on their customer service skills to get to know the company I worked for, as well as to see if I had any questions or other concerns regarding the estimate, which was great. They asked a lot of questions, and I even let them know that they were the first roofing company that I was able to get a hold of, who actually answered their phones (I had previously called multiple other roofing companies with no answer at all), and I let them know I appreciated them answering and making sure to work on their customer services for potential customers. They were happy to hear that I was pleased with that and I honestly can say that I feel they truly cared about helping out as much as they could. They both were very nice and I felt they wanted to go above and beyond to assist in anyway possible. It took them less than half an hour to get pictures and check out the area that I needed the quote for, and let me know they would get me an estimate as soon as possible but not before speaking with their boss about it just to make sure they cover all basis. So far very pleased!
