AT&T Store

I was in 25th of April. I know one was a manager an associate both were amazing help.i got My phone and a watch.

Had frequent intermittent trouble making and receiving voice calls on my iPhone XR after upgrading to iOS 17.3.1. Tried the internet fixes to no avail. Went to AT&T Store and a knowledgeable employee met me at the door, did some call tests and then put a new SIM card in my iPhone XR. After a power reset everything now seems to work fine. Not the least expensive, but AT&T coverage is good and their customer service has been excellent! Between the software & technology, the cell systems are complicated technology and I am amazed at how stable it serves us most all the time.

Ray and Caleb did a wonderful job working through a difficult issue. Thank you for your friendly diligence. I have finally found my phone service and store.

I don’t remember the names but the young man and young lady were very awesome and helpful to make sure I understood everything, they did not try to upsell anything, they gave me the real on the products I asked about, I will definitely go back again and I recommend you go to the ATT store on west 11th in Eugene Oregon

The team at the commerce AT&T store in Eugene, was very professional, friendly, and a great resource to solve our problems.

Got new galaxy flip. Raymundo L. Was my salesman. He was very professional and helpful. The whole store and all employees made me feel welcome. Definitely recommend. Not sure why there's bad reviews, mine was wonderful. 👍

After a very poor experience at the AT&T store by valley river I came to this store in hopes of getting help with upgrading my phone. The associates at this location were awesome! Ray in particular helped me out and got me into the perfect phone, and saw I qualified for another discount and got me all set up with that! He explained things in a very easy to understand manor and apologized profusely for the other locations behavior. He helped me get all my ducks in a row and got my new phone on the path of being set up very easily! I will be coming back to this location for sure!

Mark & Matt worked hard to make a complicated transfer happen. My godson was transferring his phone account to mine, switching from Straight Talk. It was a mess because Straight Talk made it so difficult to switch. These guys stuck with it, even on their off time, and made it happen. Probably the best customer service I've had anywhere. Thanks guys.

Chelsey and Ray Provided Exceptional service! Not only were they Professional, they were Personable, Knowledgeable, and Engaging! Honestly I wasn't sold on At&t but because of them I feel much better becoming a At&t costumer. 5/7, perfect score! Would recommend!

I was very surprised how the store was not crowded due to being the Saturday before Christmas. I desperately needs a new phone mine was not performing anymore. Christian Wilson was incredibly helpful and many feel completely comfortable with my new purchase he took a lot of time explaining the new features and I would recommend n this AT&T store to Anyone

AWESOME SERVICE at the West Eugene AT&T store. Thanks go out to Richard and Christian for their exceptional service in helping us with some cumbersome problems. They went way beyond the norm to help us, all with a cheerful and “not to worry” attitude saying they will find a way to get the help that we needed. Thanks guys, you are truly the best!

Chelsey is a the best sales rep in the store , she sat with me for over 3 hours trying to fix something that another rep messed up , when the loyalty department we called gave us the run around for over 3 hours and none of their higher up people could fix things. ATT overall sucks and has the worst customer service and management of any company I’ve ever encountered. This review is for her only and she is only reason I did not cancel my business service of over 10 years from ATT.

Very happy with my new phone and experience while buying it. Jordan was wonderful. He listened to our needs and accepted "no" when we told him certain products or offers aren't for our family. He curtailed our experience to our needs without hounding us, all while making us aware of their offers. He was friendly and knowledgeable. I do have to say whoever Christian is, he's overly pushy and kept interrupting our experience by trying to push offers we'd already declined.... work on that, Christian. No means no. Also, if you're planning to get the Healthcare discount bring documentation with you. I forgot it and took it in later and it's been a bit of a hassle, though it's AT&T's deal not the store's. I provided my badge which only has my first name. After leaving the store I got an email stating they couldn't accept it because it doesn't have my last name on it. Idk what companies put last names on badges... anyway that's what I was told to bring. Now I have to mess with it more to get the discount promised. Even when providing my badge the girl didn't say anything about it nor being valid. Small things to be aware of. I have great service and love my phone!

Had a great experience as always!! Jordan was excellent to work with, and Richard entertained our three children the whole time we were there. Always love working with AT&T, but experiences like this just reaffirm that! Thank you guys!!

Service was super slow because all of the sales associates were more interested in selling DTV. When we did eventually get someone to help us, our issue was resolved promptly and correctly the first time.

The store itself is a nice minimalist layout with w large appointment screen on the wall so that you can see where you are in line for an associate.

Chelsey did a absolutely fantastic job and helped me with everything and made sure I knew what my payments would be the whole step of the way! It was the best service I have had yet while being with AT&T.

Great experience! Had five on our plan. Daughters grown and moved. Down to two of us. Perfect plan. Savings. Better data rate. And no pressure to buy new phones! Christian was great!

But you could use some new lobby stools. Not great on old backs!

I went in to receive assistance with my email account, because it was somehow linked with my previous phone number. Richard and Todd were extremely helpful.
Richard was beyond patient and guided me through the process of setting up an additional email account, so my main account could be verified. He helped me throughout the entire process until the problem was solved.

Jordan helped me switch plans and made everything very clear. Richard’s patience, humor and 10+ years of experience helped tackle all the problems I faced. I would certainly recommend coming to this store.
