Amy was absolutely amazing! I was nervous about getting my haircut since it was already so long! She did an amazing job and I love it! The layers she did put the finishing touch on it! Sweet and polite the whole time! Will be coming back to her for sure! ❤ Thank you!!

Updated review: This review is for Samantha only. She is a true professional through and through. Knows hair, and listens to what you want. Sadly, unlike some other stylists at this salon. She fixed my botched job from another stylist at this salon. I will only be making appointments with Samantha from now on. Thanks Sam for always making me look and feel great! ♡♡♡♡♡ Five hearts (stars ☆) out of five!! ☆☆☆☆☆

(4/20/2024) This ☆ ONE star review is only for the stylist Amy. I have had excellent experiences with Beth and Samantha. Some background information: I have shaved sides with the middle section full length long below my shoulders (like a Mohawk). Samantha did the initial style, sectioning off the hair and making clean lines. My hair had grown out for a few weeks so all I needed was to have the sides shortened back down to 1 with the clippers.

So I went in yesterday, Friday at 5pm and was checked in by Amy. Her 5pm appointment had walked in just after she had seated me. I asked her if she wanted to take them first, since I was a walk in. She said no (they were early apparently) and started working on shortening up my sides. She seemed to want to rush through it and was not careful at all. I made sure to tell her I wanted her to clean up the line where my short hair ends and the long hair starts. After she was done she didn't hand me a mirror to show me the back or sides and she went straight to the register. As I was running my fingers through my hair I noticed that she had gotten some of my long hairs. At the register, she acted as if I wasn't going to pay full price and asked me "how much do they charge you to do that?". I told her it was a haircut. I also purchased a hair product with the discount. From what I could see, my hair didn't look too bad, and even though I wasn't impressed with her service, I still gave her a tip.

But when I got home and put my hair up in a ponytail, I looked around the back and sides. I can see that my shaved sides are super patchy and the lines are now uneven and asymmetrical.

I called today, Saturday, to ask if I could go in to get my haircut redone. Amy said she is the only one on staff today and tomorrow. She also told me she literally couldn't fix my hair. What kind of stylist can't do a basic hair part and use the clippers to shave it? I asked her, well what if I got a refund to have someone else fix it. She said if I wanted a refund I would have to wait until her boss is there, which she also didn't tell me when that would be. Overall, I'm super unhappy because up to this point I have had great service from the stylists here. Absolutely abysmal service from Amy.

Samantha is the best. She gives great haircuts and always does what you ask of her. Highly recommend. 😄

I love going there they take real good care of me and do what I want Kelly Was very professional and also just downright home to home girl I really like her everyone there is so polite and so nice I would invite more people to come and get their hair done there

I would absolutely recommend Kelly or Sam. I would not however recommend Amy, she did not listen to what my daughter wanted and did what she saw fit. Went back and Kelly corrected it.

A great experience, Sam was wonderful. I wasn't sure what I wanted and she made my hair look great!!!
