Amazing place with absolutely stunning food and service. The host was lovely. Also, the tacos on point baby. Their margarita game is strong too. Would love to keep going here. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.

My go to spot! Fresh food! Awesome drinks, and a great vibe! Family owned so you are guaranteed to be treated as such! They have TV’s and play most sports games. Great spot for a group outing or just yourself! The patio is a gem when the weather is right as well!

The food here is awesome 👌. The chicken enchiladas are really good my absolute favorite. The patio is dog 🐕 friendly which is awesome. They have also have happy hour and brunch which we will definitely check out

This is place is AMAZING! Truly a hidden gem and their tacos are the best I’ve ever had. Especially their Maui Maui taco… WOW.

Drove by this place on the way to Costco and had to stop on the way back! Shaken skinny marg was the best it can get. Salsa was fresh and spicy! My enchiladas were simple and delicious. My boyfriend won’t shut up about how good his burrito was. Price point was very fair. Will be back for more skinny margs, salsa, burritos, and would like to try the fajitas!

The margaritas are out-of-this-world amazing. My favorite is the tamarind. We also had the queso fundido, vegetarian tacos and a burrito. The service was excellent and the food was very good.

Great neighborhood spot! Loved the watermelon margaritas, and carne asada burrito, rice and beans. Nice outdoor patio and friendly service. I would come back!

Nice bar, they have a lot of game day and happy hour specials. The chicken & steak tacos were really good as well.

This place is SOOOO good! It was fresh and well packaged. We had guacamole, salsa, chicken taquitos, an assortment of tacos, chicken mole (totally over-ordered) and it was ALL really good. No complaints and we ate up all the leftovers. This is our new go-to for great Mexican food! Try it!! It's amazing.

I highly recommend this place without a doubt the fastest and most comprehensive staff I highly recommend brunch or breakfast and they have the best waffles 10/10

Ordered this for delivery and holy cow. My boyfriend and I both think that this is the best Mexican food we have had in months, maybe even years. I tried 5 different tacos (al pastor & the baja shrimp were at the top of my list, but literally all of them were delicious) Good portion size, we were both full afterward; however the burrito did seem small. Anyway, can't wait to go here in person and try other things!

First off the food and service were both amazing. Everything was fresh and delicious. On top of that, I had forgotten my sunglasses on the table after our meal. Called the next day and they were kind enough to keep them safe and ready for us to pick up. Can not say enough good things about this restaurant.

Went to see the place. I'm 76 years old. Went with my 90 year old sister and her son. We lived up stairs many years ago. My parents had a tavern and restaurant downstairs.
We loved the food and atmosphere. Waitress was great. Going again soon.

We had a nice group dinner. Our large group was able to find a last minute seating on a Saturday night. Every single person was happy with their choices (steak tacos, fajitas, chicken salad, Enchilada Suiza). The shrimp in the tacos was so-so. On the app side the Elote and guac were great. This will be our new goto Mexican spot in LP.
This specific location has seemed cursed with a lot of different opening and closings. Hopefully this one sticks!!

A friend and I ate at Mi Nueva Tierra last week and had a delightful experience. The service was excellent and the food was delicious (even the table salsa was great). I recommend the mole enchiladas.

This restaurant offers a variety of margarita flavors as well. I had a wonderful tamarind margarita and my friend had a jalapeño margarita. We each liked them so much we ordered another.

Give Mi Nueva Tierra a try. It has a nice vibe and good food. You won't regret it!

I knew the food would not disappoint. Chef Lou takes pride in making sure everything is up to his customers' complete satisfaction. What I did not expect was to absolutely love every single Margarita - I was able to sample from my sister and cousin.Whether it was the strawberry, mango, pineapple, avocado, apple cider, or hibiscus margaritas - they all get 5 stars. The service was excellent, as our waiter went above and beyond to make us comfortable. It was the first time mom and aunt had gone out to a restaurant since the pandemic. I live in Oak Park and it is definitely worth the drive there!!!
