Mortenson Family Dental

My name is Clift Scribner, I was seen in the New Albany office on 5/23/24 due to a problem with my denture. The problem I had made it difficult to eat and they quickly scheduled an appt.
I was seen by a dental tech in the New Albany office and I didn't catch her name. I wish I had because she was fantastic.
She was friendly and listened to my issues. She was efficient and promptly went to work fixing the problem. I will definitely ask for her when I have other issues.

Dr Payton is fantastic! I followed her from Louisville to continue care and I wouldn’t want to see anyone else. I trust her and her judgment Wholeheartedly. The staff at the new Albany Mortensen have been the best I have come across in any of the locations I have visited. If it tells you anything, there is a Mortensen less than a mile from me and I will make the drive to Indiana just for them. Top notch!

Mary and Natalie took great care of me today! Quick and very understanding of someone who isn’t a fan of the dentist. Actually looking forward to my next appointment.

These people are so nice and very professional. I have been between dentists since my dentist retired, and I had a bit of an emergency... They got me in as soon as there was a cancelation the next day, and got me back on the road in one hour flat. Dr. Sukhorukov was very good, and her assistant Shannon was just down earth and helpful.

Always a good experience @ Mortenson. The staff are friendly and accommodating. The Dentist knows how to numb you without hurting you. Great people, great service .

Always friendly. Offered different payment plans for some expensive work not covered by my insurance including a full upfront payment discount and two different financing options.

Mortensen Family Dental office is wonderful! They are caring and made me feel comfortable and totally at ease. Dr. Payton and her staff are all so very kind. Dentists like Dr. Payton are what all Dentists should strive to be.

Dr Sarah is always very caring and makes sure I'm comfortable. I have a lot of anxiety at the dentist and her and the staff are always patient with me and make sure I'm okay before continuing. Thanks to them all.

This specific location is my preference. The dental hygienists are polite and professional, the doctors are kind and thorough. Happy I switched to this office.

We have been going to Mortenson for many years and have always been treated right. Highly skilled at what they do and the friendliest by far I've experienced. This last visit was for a filling that broke and they were able to get me in within a few days and fixed me up right!!! Thanks for what you all do, I truly appreciate it.

My hygienist always does a very good job, and I am impressed by the way the office is run. I think the dentists and all the staff do a really good job and are trustworthy.

The entire practice just excels at customer service. From going out of their way to ensure you understand cost, book a convenient appointment, and understanding treatment priorities and plans, they're always eager to please. I enjoy getting my teeth taken care of here and the kiddos learn tooth care while they're here too.

From the first appointment the entire staff has been extremely nice to me. My dentist MS. Sarah is understanding and efficient. She really listened to my every concern. The other team members are more of the same. I could not be more pleased. I would recommend this dentistry to everyone.

I arrived at Mortonsons in excruciating pain. They were able to get me worked in within a couple of hours. Natalie and Shannon are absolute rock stars!!! All of the doctors and staff were amazing as well. Thank you all so much
