AT&T Store

My experience there has always been great from the beginning! The staff there are top notch and they know their stuff! Special shout out to Jack. He is always super busy but makes his customers feel very seen and taken care of. More people need to be like Jack!!

Skylar is awesome! I went in about 2 months ago and upgraded my iPhone. Skylar had me in and out of the store in about 10-15 minutes. She answered every question I had and made the whole experience so simple. I went back yesterday with interest in purchasing an Apple Watch. Skylar again answered all of my questions, super friendly and professional! I will always make the 30 minute drive just to come to this location!

I needed help transferring data and getting a new phone line for a new iPad. The web site was confusing for me so I came into the store for help. Jack was the tech who helped me and I could not have been better taken care of. Kudos and thanks, Jack!

I have often received the "DMV effect" at these stores in the past. Where you have to wait in line just to be made to feel like their goal is to push you back out the door asap by finding a roadblock/problem and sending you away to fix it on your own. This was not my case- all three AT&T associates working on 9/19/23 on State St worked as a team to efficiently take care of my requests and help me complete what I needed that afternoon. 10/10 customer service.
