Never fun paying taxes and registration, but if you must, this is the best location. Workers have been pleasant, even a good sense of humor. I've yet to wait more than five minutes (Knock on wood).

Best dmv experience of my entire life. Only a few people in line at 3pm. Clerk was patient and got my out of state transfer processed quickly and made the whole process so much easier to deal with.

Needed to get my car licensed in October. Got the beginning of the alphabet instead of end. First time in 36 years of getting beginning letters.

I’ve renewed my tags at this location two years in a row. I use the drive through window and it’s super quick. Last year I was the only car so it was really fast. This time 2 cars were ahead of me and I cringed, but I waited just a few minutes before I was at the window. I highly recommend the drive-thru window. It takes less time than getting fast food. They also gave my dog a treat. 😊🐶

I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I love this place.

Convenient location in Millard and efficient helpful service. Michelle personally helped me several times over the phone when ordering vanity license plates for my husband as a surprise!

Renewed my vehicle registration and got a new driver's license in about 20 minutes flat. Very friendly interactions with staff in both the Treasurer's office and the DMV. I went in the day before a holiday, too. I was so surprised and grateful, I just had to write a review. Keep it up! The whole experience was awesome!

I was in and out. Distancing and mask compliant. The gentleman helping me was kind and courteous. He asked me about my day and handled my registration with efficiency. I have to say that was the MOST wonderful experience I have ever had at the Treasurer’s office. A pleasant start to my day.

I went to this location to get my new license plates and registration. I had the best experience. Terry was the representative that helped me. He was very kind and easy to work with. He worked quickly while making kind conversation. There was only a short line. Usually when you go to the DMV it's a bad experience, this was the exact opposite!

So normally this is a tough experience. Not at all today. Firing on all cylinders. The site supervisor or whatever his title is was manning the drive thru. I went inside and was 10 deep. Still only took less than 15 min. Great job! Friendly. A lot different experience than previous trips! Keep up the good work!

Staff was efficient and friendly. although i was 30 behind in line,they moved quickly and were helpful. I was in & out in less than 30 mins on a Monday towards the end of the month,during the afternoon which was surprising to me. I allowed myself at least an hour or longer to wait. Thanks for all you do!

This office did an amazing job with customer service. Due to a previous visit at a different location, I was absolutely dreading the task of going to the DMV. So I decided to try another office and was so glad I did. The staff at 144th and Q made it as painless as possible. They were efficient and knowledgeable, but most of all they were helpful. I was pleasantly surprised with their above and beyond level of service. Big thanks to all that work there!

Best DMV location in Omaha, and I think I've used all of them. I do all my licensing there and it's always been quick and painless. Never had a rude experience there. Hope they keep it up!

We got our vehicle relicensed. Very few people in line and fast service. In and out in less than 10 minutes.

Walked in stood in line for... two minutes was greeted with a smile! She took care of me quickly! If it weren't for me not having the bill of sale I would have been done in 5 minutes got my plates and was on my way

My husband and I live closer to three other treasurers, but we make the drive to this one because it is far and away the best office in Douglas County. We were recently in on a Friday and the lines were non existent. We were helped by Jodi and I have to say how grateful I was that she was able to assist us to the extent that she did. Overall a great experience.

So far, my best DMV experience in the country. All friendly, quick and professional. I've moved from NY where everything is fast but Damn, I had faster service.

We moved here a week ago and dreaded going to the DMV. We went to the DMV on 144th and received the best treatment ever. From Matt who greeted us and made sure we had the forms to John who took care of me and Irene who took care of my wife. I would also like to include the supervisor (can't remember his name but had a full beard) made the experience very pleasant. Wayne and Gin

Went in around 12/1 on a weekday was able to get my new plates in less than 10 minutes. The staff was very helpful and friendly.
