Mike was wonderful throughout our entire home buying experience. He is extremely knowledgeable and was huge on making sure we weren't wasting our money on poor properties. He was available day and night for any questions we had including giving us peace of mind with our lender.

Mike has experience flipping homes and writing mortgages so he would catch stuff that most realtors would not! A lot of houses felt perfect but had huge problems that he found himself instead of us having to wait for an inspector to find. Saved us thousands of dollars!!!

Overall a super genuine guy who just likes to have a good time doing this. He had our back and took care of our needs. Buying a house is an emotional ride and having Mike as our realtor made it so much easier! I have already recommended him to family friends!

Mike Stailey is the best realtor I’ve ever had, he responds quickly and immediately starts working to schedule walk throughs. He is a great negotiator and thinks outside the box. On top of that he’s done several years in construction, so he understands what’s a good house and one that will give you problems. To be honest I don’t think he sleeps, I felt like he has stayed up all night to write my offers and counter offers. Mike has several clients and keeps up with all of us not missing a beat, I don’t know how he does it, I can barely keep up with what I alone need to do. I am a new investor in real estate, this is my second buy and I couldn’t tell you how many realtors I have went through. I got
