Homewood Suites by Hilton Indianapolis-Airport/Plainfield

This is the first time staying here on business for two weeks. The rooms are super clean and very spacious. The kitchenette is great. The location is perfect with a lot of great places to eat and/or grab a beer near by. Really quiet as well.

I don't know if they do this every Wednesday but they were feeding everybody staying at the hotel. They cooked steaks, ribs and chicken. There was fruit and drinks and macaroni and cheese and beans. My daughter had her son's birthday party here and got a room that had another half room attached to it that had a kitchen area and a seating area, it was great! The people that work there are friendly. The hotel is clean inside and out. The kids had a blast in the pool and the hot tub/ jacuzzi! We just had a great time there!

My hubby found this place while we were on a break from each other. We decided to come spend sometime together talking and not have the grandkids and stress of taking care of them. It had been two years since we got away. I am glad we did and because of the niceness of the staff and nice room he decided to rent one more night. This a comfortable place. Loved the hot tub and the pool. Wish they had more in the little store, when you get the munchies in the middle of the night, but all in all a great place. Thank you for a nice two day vacation.

Bed wasn’t very comfy but the room itself was great

Very helpful staff, felt like family. Enjoyed the Soup & Salad Wednesday night meet & greets and the breakfasts. Felt welcomed here. Like room & openness. Close to airport but not often distracted by roar of overhead planes. Slept well at night. Appreciated computer area for customers, though child visitors tore off wires & made the 2 computers unavailable for use one day. Beds comfortable.

A nice Hilton property with very good sized rooms. The staff was very courteous and helpful with our large group and made sure we got what we needed. A big pool and hot tub area with attached outdoor seating made a great place to hangout while the kids swam in the pool. Will definitely recommend and would stay again if staying in the Plainfield area.

The hotel is definitely a tad dated, but it was so clean! Also everyone was friendly and I appreciated that. I also appreciated the refillable soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion, as well as the ability to open the window for fresh air.

Rooms were clean and bed was comfy. We were dropped off at the hotel my family and had a flight out at 9am the next morning. When we booked the room it said they had a shuttle to the airport. When we checked in we were informed they didn't have a shuttle but said if we get a uber they would pay for it. The morning came and uber was having a problem due to supposed blocked road (there was no blocked roads) so we started to panic and went to the desk and informed them, they got someone to drive us that normally doesn't drive customers to the airport. They went above and beyond to get us to the airport and we really appreciate it. When I'm back visiting the area I will definitely stay again the best customer service I've had in awhile, thank you again.

Great staff, great food, great hotel. The front desk staff went out if their way to help my kids have fun. We enjoyed the basketball hoop, and barbecue patio out back.

The breakfast was very good. Staff were knowledgeable and able to provide allergy information.

Great place to stay. Staff is very helpful. Imternet was great. Full size refrigerator in rooms.

Absolutely loved staying here for GenCon! All the staff I encountered were friendly and helpful. The hotel was nice enough to send a cab to pick us up from the airport when we missed the shuttle originally sent to pick us up (my error) and the hotel took care of the fare. The location is a 15-20 minute drive from the city center and about 5 minutes to the airport. We really enjoyed breakfast every morning (the waffle maker was clutch) and the evening social cookouts. Would definitely stay here again!

This is going to sound weird but I did not stay there. I wasvisiting friends in the foyer that were hotel guests. The foyer was warm and inviting. It was ultra clean and comfortable. But best of all was the incredible service given to my friends with a smile. They seemed to care about how well they do their jobs.

I have found that the Hilton brand always tries to excel in guest expectations- but it starts with the first point of contact- we were fortunate to have Madeline at the front desk. Her bubbly personality is contagious and she puts the guests first. Kudos to you Madeleine!!

My family and I stood with them for a few months well in the process of buying a home and must say this hotel and its staff are fantastic! I would like to thank everyone there for an A1 stay. Keep up the excellent work guys.

So far I love the rooms nice need and clean the way I like it. The breakfast was so delicious and my stay was affordable it is much better comparing to other hotels I been visiting. I will definitely come back. Thank you.

My wife and I have stayed here twice for Gen Con, 2013 and 2014. Both visits were very pleasant. The breakfast is good and hot, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the pool was refreshing even if the jacuzzi jets didn't work in the hot tub. There are also plenty of nearby restaurants (including a Steak and Shake). If only it weren't 20 minutes (at 1 in the morning) from the Convention Center, it would be a GREAT Gen Con motel.

Great room, great location. Clearly still working through some details from the renovation, though - our tub faucet was not properly caulked to the wall. Pool could have been cleaner. Staff was amazing.

Very clean, loved the suite that has a kitchen. Also a separate living room area from the bedroom. Breakfast the next day was good and has a wide variety of things to choose from.

Everything up to date. The customer service was great. The room was welcoming. They served hot and cold breakfast. You don't serve yourself, you are served. There is an indoor pool, a fitness facility, and a patio with a grill.
