I do not understand the reviews about this location, I had an 8:00 am appt, I arrived at 10:30 the night before my appointment and these awesome people here unloaded me early. I would give these guys 10 stars if this would allow me to. You guys giving negative reviews should probably check your attitude when you come here because these guys as far as I am concerned are very good at what they do and go above and beyond. I wish other places I deliver to was just a fraction of what these guys were for me. I look forward to delivering here again!

The entrance to the facility is located directly across from the driveway to the fire station. I showed up about 2 hours early and was immediately given a dock door. The backing is a little tight but not impossible. As soon as I hit the dock I got the red light. About an hour later my trailer was loaded. I don't know why there are reviews about this customer taking hours to load a trailer but that wasn't my experience at all. The shipping clerk was friendly and the yard jockey is patient and waits for drivers to get into their docks before passing. Great customer. I'd go back again.

Dustin in receiving was awesome. I had a 9pm appt he took me 4hrs. early and I was in and out in 30 minutes on a Friday. Thanks Dustin

Well my first time here, came here at 12:00
Got loaded full trailer and leaving here at 2pm
My appointment was at 1pm. The lady work the front desk very nice.

Pick up time was 1pm and nw 6pm still didnt touch my empty trailor ...still waiting green light to turn red ...very slow

Shipping receiving door 20 loading time between 3 hours 🤙🏻

Very quick unloading 11am app back to door 10:30 and 10:50 done 14 pallets.

Easy checkin.
No overnight parking.
Restroom n vending machines on site.
Supportive and polite staff.
