Great in-store deals and decent selection on the shelves. I've stopped buying at most offline outlets but we still go to Shoe Carnival.

These rockstar ladies helped me find my sanity when I thought I lost my wallet! They so patiently went through camera footage while I was freaking out. I felt awful because it was close to closing time. It turns out, I'm an idiot and didn't have it on my wrist like I had thought when I walked in. I felt so silly but they were so incredibly nice and made my night. Also, my kiddos found 2 pairs of shoes that they absolutely love so tonight was a win. Thank you Plainfield Shoe Carnival!!!!! :)

Pretty cool. They usually have what I'm looking for in the clearance section. When you buy multiple pair you can spin the wheel and possibly get a discount.

A great selection of men's and women's shoes at decent prices. Earlier in the day I went with my son to buy sneakers, both casual and sports. It didn't take long to find a couple of reasonably priced sneakers. My son soun for $3 savings, and with a $10 rewards coupon saving $13 isn't bad at all. I keep coming back because of the friendly service.

They had a good selection of shoes to choose from. My old shoes were very jealous of the new shoes I picked up. They were very unhappy joining the pair they made fun of when I bought them in the closet. Anyways...staff here was very helpful as well. Great service. My old shoes would probably say they hated it. But thier sole was just too smooth.

Called to see if they had the Doc Martens I wanted in the store... Not only were they the only store in Plainfield that carried them, but they were super quick to check if they had them in stock, AND, the price was way cheaper than normal retail price. Employees were super nice and helpful, I will definitely be back for more!!!

In the store located in Plainfield I was attended by two employees, Mr. Paul and Ms. Kim and the truth is they have an excellent quality of service, they were respectful, patient and very kind at all times, thank you very much for your attention, the guys at the Cash register too with friendly.

Great store to shop, especially if you wear Men's shoe size 7 which are very difficult to find in your typical shoe department of any store. The store is clean, nicely kept, and staffed w/ friendly helpful employees. This makes shopping fun and enjoyable. They various discounts that they have within the store is very random and quite. But their flyer ad coupon is great since you save a lot of money on QUALITY, name brand shoes. Makes me happy thinking of the great savings I get here and the needed fashionable quality shoes purchases. Rock on!

Recently renovated. Nice. Not a lot of people to help you find shoes if you can't find your size. The people that are there are nice and respectful.

Best shoe store ever! Management and staff are very approachable super friendly and eager to help. Our kids are often in odd sizes and we can typically still find a really good deal for them. Love their specials. It's the one store no one complains about going shopping at.

I came onto the store today to buy a pair of Converse. I couldn't find my size, so I asked one of the employees to look to see what stores had it close by. He went to the register and came back with two pieces of receipt paper. However, the paper that said that there was one in the store was folded over so that I would not notice there was one in the store, and he was trying to send me to Greenwood. I looked at the paper once I was outside and I noticed my size was in the store. When I came back in Amuri was a treasure. He looked for and found the size that I needed. This helped me from having to search multiple other stores. His hardwork and dedication is definitely appreciated.

Great deals, and love the variety and organized setting. Feel relaxed while shopping because workers are not up on me but are there fast, friendly, patient and knowledgeable when needed.

Was at this store getting shoes for the boys, Jeremy took care of us and made sure we were happy.. He was really attentive and did all he could to help us find the shoes we need.. Staff was friendly and store was clean. Shoe Carnival should be proud to have such a good crew.

Great selection in both mens and women's. Have always gotten just the right shoe for my mood. Miss the BOGO deals alot but the prices arnt to terribly high so its manageable on a budget.

I hate buying shoes, but I work on my feet all day. I was struggling to find the right fit and asked Jay to help me. He found the right show for the job, in my price range, and made me feel confident about my purchase. I will def go back!

Found a comfy shoe by a brand I never heard of before. Very pleased with Merrel brand hiking shoes. They are perfect for the warehouse job, martial arts and daily street wear. Great traction, good looking.

They didnt have what i wanted but everyone working there was nice and easy to talk to and the store was neat and clean so over I will give them a big ol 5r
