I first reached out Jay about a vehicle on his lot. I'm without a car and have to work on getting places. Sunday I just happened to be in the area and I figured I'd head over and just look at a car. I messaged Jay to see if I could go and look at the car even though the dealership was closed. Jay responded and showed up on his day off just to help me out. Unfortunately, I didn't get a car today as I have one other to consider. That said, Jay's customer service was unlike any I have gotten at any car lot in the past month. Jay went above and beyond to make sure and answer any and all questions I had and made sure to expertly explain everything on a multitude of his vehicles. And the prices were phenomenal. Just based on his customer service alone, if I ever need another affordable car Jay will be my go to, full stop.
